Chapter 7

After hearing his words I came back to my senses and bug eyed him. But he kept his mouth shut. 

I coldly stared at him with unblinking eyes. He chuckled and said " Ok ok . Don't fry me in your eyes. He is the top star of F city. His name is Victor Xi Luo , the most handsome man of the entertainment industry and my wife's favorite actor....!!!!"

"Aaron!!!"........ I stood up from chair and shouted his name in a shock which was heard by near by tablemates. They stared us with a indifferent look. Then I calmed myself and apologized them..." I m sorry ..sorry..."

Aaron chuckled and pulled me to his side and whispered in my ear " Baby , calm down . don't be so silly..."

I gritted my teeth and pursed my lips " I think you are joking at me...."

He chucked and said " Oh come on baby , why would I joke at you in such things. I am serious. We have an appointment tomorrow to meet him at dinner party...."

I pushed him and stepped back . I blinked my eyes rapidly and asked " Why am I not informed about this project earlier?? why didn't you told me about this..??" There was a hint of angry in my tone.

Aaron's handsome face became pale and he half heartedly smiled at me and replied me in a gentle voice .." I thought that you will become happy after hearing about our project with Mr.Xi . I wanted to surprise you. Why are you so angry carol..??.."

I came back to my senses and cooled myself and bit my lower lip and said in a low voice " It's not that I am angry . It's unbelievable and the news came as a complete shock.Words can't describe how I feel about this ..."

He pulled me again by his side and wrapped my waist and teased me " I think you are so jealous about the fact that Mr.Xi is going to marry another women in our designer dress...."

His words gave me some pain in my heart. But I can't show my sadness before him . I bit my lower lip and replied him with a shaky smile " Why would I be jealous. I have a lovely caring handsome husband beside me and it’s completely normal for him to marry another women.."

He tightened his grip around my waist and kissed me in my forehead .Then I got a call from sarah. She asked me to accompany her with shopping . I politely accepted her request and hang up the call. I got up from the chair and I was about to bid bye from him . He suddenly grabbed my wrist and asked in a indifferent tone " What about tomorrow's dinner party??"

Even though I don't want to meet my buried love with my husband I can't deny the meeting which is company oriented . We worked hard to get this position because we always handle office matters with extra care . I had a faint smile in my face and replied him " Yeah baby, for sure we will attend this party in a usual manner. Don't worry this project will be ours ..."

He smiled at me and pinched my chin and said " That's what I always love in my women .I love you baby girl ...."

I smiled back and said " I love you too my dear "

I hugged and told him to continue the office matters and drove my car to the shopping complex. 

Sarah waited for me with jenny at the entrance door.  I parked my car and waved my hand at her. She ran towards me and hugged my waist .Then we got inside and continued our shopping . It was already growing dusk when we finished our shopping and we rode up to the villa.
