“It is strange,” Mane spoke to the two men as he slowly walked towards them.

“Oh? What is?” Dragon King Bast asked as he too walked towards the young Supreme. His eyes flashed brightly as he prepared his power. Elder Hanuman was not eager to confront Mane; however, he couldn’t let Dragon King Bast go on his own. So he too followed after the Dragon Lord, being only a few steps behind him.

“When I was ten, I challenged my friends to a battle without inner energy,” Mane started but was interrupted by Dragon King Bast.

“And let me guess: you won?” he asked with a mocking smile on his face.

“I did; but I did so against a group of vastly talented young heroes with brilliant bloodlines who could freely use Edict, unlike myself,” Mane smiled and said. His words surprised Dragon King Bast a bit but it wasn’t that shocking.
