Natashfa threw her stressball into the air for the nth time and caught it, repeating the same process over and over again as she listened to the beats of the machine strapped onto Sotiangco to keep track of his heartbeats. The silence inside the room and the steady beats of the machine was lulling her to sleep, and she can't have that.
