In the blink of an eye Monkey God Hanuman appeared before Mane. Before Mane could register what was going on those purple eyes suddenly looked distant and a searing pain assaulted his abdomen. He had been sent flying without being able to do a thing!

*Boom*

“Mane!” Hildegarde screamed in shock as tried flying over to her Tested. However before those tiny wings of hers could beat her towards Mane, a powerful oppressive force constrained her and made it impossible for her to move. She had been found out!

So far only a few people in this world had been able to discover her. All these people were strange existences of mysterious ability and without a doubt, none of these people needed to do much to deal with Mane. For one as brute as Elder Hanuman to see her meant that not only were his eyes much more extraordinary than she thought, he was also much stronger than anything mane could ever handle!

“Little fairy,” Monkey God Hanuman stood before her with a careless expression on his face.

Within one of the numerous lower worlds under the jurisdiction of Asgard; in a world of the 1st Heaven that was not experiencing the chaos of war. This world was called Pathaan; and it was a world that had not seen blood spilled in the last century. In this peaceful world were several countries that had learned to live at peace with each other. One of these many countries was Mohsin Country. Mohsin Country was one of the three large empires in this planet. It was famous for many things, but the one thing Mohsin Country was most famous for was its weather. It was called the Empire of the Sun; for in its long history, neither snow nor thunderstorm had ever wrecked the land. This didn’t mean that this land never experienced rain. If it didn’t, growing crops would have been impossible with normal methods. It did rain in Mohsin Country; but it only rained at night. Sun by day; rain by night. That was what made this country special. It was currently day time in Mohsin Country. Travelers we

Every world in the True Universe experienced the curse of the deathly rain. The men who came into contact with it all died, and so did the beasts. It didn’t matter what their level of wielding was; it didn’t matter what their status was. Every single person that endured the rain paid the price. Some gods and Ascenders had the right to resist the power of the rain. There was one group that benefited from the rain though: those who practised the dark arts and loved darkness benefited from the rain; but even they had to either have extremely powerful bloodlines or top class wielding manuals. It wasn’t only the mortals who noticed the change. Gods and demons alike regardless of what heaven they resided in, witnessed the might of the rain, although only a few were able to recognize its origin.Among the few were Mane’s parents. Ray frowned and stretched his hand out of his robes to come into contact with the rain. He frowned as the rain burned his aura shield and tried to get into his body

There were many gods who were deeply struck by what was happening; but only a few who understood its implications. Loki watched the changes in the sky with a frown on his face. As his cloak swayed in the turbulent wind and heartless rain, he felt a sense of urgency.“I must move faster,” he said, before hurrying away.Odin watched the heartless sky with a sad smile on his face. “In the end,” he said, “It still cannot be suppressed.” Why was that power so difficult to suppress? Why did it refuse to lay low and leave his grandson alone. Even the timeless one was helpless against this power. Odin knew however, that if it wasn’t for the timeless one keeping that power in check, it would have revealed itself long ago.“Do your best my old rival. Keep that thing in check, Cronos.”On Zandor, the rain wasn’t able to cause much harm. The citizens enjoyed the protection of the Brute King even in his absence, and the power of the Absolute Queen ensured that there was a barrier that kept the rai

There had always been a small distance between the two because Hildegarde had not yet pledged her allegiance to the Supreme. Due to this, there were some things he kept away from her and she knew that; however, their relationship was still good even with this small barrier between them. Now though it felt different. If the barrier before was a thin sheet of transparent paper, now it was a t

“How is Elder Hanuman?” Dragon King Bast on his throne and questioned the elder kneeling before him. This elder was one of the two elders who had avoided severe injuries in the fight against the Supreme - Elder Crane.“He had severe injuries; however, those have been taken care of. His broken bones have been mended by your wife and so have his ruptured organs. But that dark energy that scouts his body like a merciless spy cannot be removed. For all that can be done is to suppress it.” Elder Crane frowned as he reported to the Dragon Lord. Elder Sydney was the one to assess Elder Hanuman’s injuries along with the Lord’s wife. In so doing the two had discovered that Elder Hanuman was in a very perilous state. While his injuries had been healed, there was a corrosive energy rampaging in his blood vessels that was threatening to tear his heart apart. If it wasn’t because of Elder Sydney’s ability to create barriers and the Lord’s wife’s skill in transfusing those barriers into Elder Ha

Once Komfo Anokye was done with the Dragon Lord, he left with a smile on his face. He who was known as a scourge to all couldn’t help but squeal in excitement when he thought of the possibility that his sister would finally show her might after so long. The silent dragon may roar again! He returned to the room Mane was resting in shortly after. Without knocking he invited himself in. Seeing Keira still sitting next to Mane, Komfo Anokye walked over and lightly kissed the top of her head. It was covered in luxurious locks, but it didn’t matter to him. He looked at the young man who had fallen asleep with tear stains on his cheek and said. For a Noble to cry himself to sleep showed just how mentally exhausted the boy was. He didn’t blame him though. Mane had been through a lot for a child. It wasn’t like he had any family to accompany him either.“How is he?” Komfo Anokye asked Keira while taking a seat next to her.“Stressed. I will be by his side for a while. Let us put of finding the

How could you forget something so significant like destroying your own Soul Scape? What pissed him off more was the fact that Mane didn’t look bothered.“I am guessing that it has something to do with you?” Mane scratched his head and said. “You know you are just a guest here right? You should learn how to do things in moderation.” Mane chastised Cronos. His words caused the elder to gnash his teeth in annoyance“This punk!” Cronos exclaimed in annoyance. How could someone be this ignorant of his own actions. If he could, he would have rushed over and smacked some sense into the boy’s head.“Hehe. When Mane awakened, Keira was asleep in a chair next to his bed. She was an Ascender Mane couldn’t see through, so it was impossible for her to feel fatigue on a normal basis. If she was asleep then it meant she had done so from worry. Mane smiled involuntarily upon seeing this. The warmth she gave him was similar to his mother’s warmth, but slightly different. If Alexis was like a bright sun that illuminated the darkness in Mane’s life, Keira was the moon that replaced the sun when the darkness became too intense to be taken lightly. Initially it was awkward for Mane to think of her as his grandmother. Although he felt close to her, calling her grandmother left a sour taste in his mouth. It had always been an issue with familiarity; however, this issue had been bridged with a snort-filled reunion and now Mane could see her to who she really was to him. Now, it wasn’t only his blood that drew him to her; his heart was eager to stay with her as well.Mane rose up slowly. The sluggishne

“This…is amazing,” Mane’s eyes widened as he took in the sight before him.The young Supreme was seated on Roxanne. The beautiful dark horse had been granted the power of flight by Crystal who had no trouble casting a flight Lease on the lovely beast. While this was not a permanent condition, it would last hours, and that was thanks to Crystal’s expert command over Chaos. Any other person would have been able to cast this Lease for just under a few minutes. Mane was no exception to this. Even if his power was not sealed, he would not be able to use this Lease to liberally. If this Lease was that practical, it would have been popularized.Next to him, Professors Stern and Stanley, and Dean Desmond had smile plastered on their faces as they watched the Supreme’s gobsmacked reaction to the impressive sight before him. Behind the professors were the students, both old and new. While the older students, Kahn, Frost, Bel, and Maia were floating on their own, the new students had to be envel

His figure flashed as he appeared before Zeus, shielding him from the gaze of his own blood brother. “You have fallen low brother. Now, you require the protection of a titan? Hilarious.” Poseidon mocked as he locked eyes with the delicate looking Atlas. “Of course I have fallen. Not only was I betrayed by my own son, but I also almost died. What did you expect will happen when one who is considered as part of the big three of Olympus approaches a fallen god?” Zeus did not mind his brother’s comments.Instead

Days passed and soon it was time for Mane to leave the planet of the Celestial Emperor. Well, he wasn’t the only one leaving. It was time for the professors to return to their academies with their students – both old and new. In front of the portal that could transport them back to their academies, Mane stood with his friends as they bid each other goodbye. Well, something close to that at least. To give them some privacy, the other professors had gone on ahead with the students, standing a few tens of meters away from the Silver Wolves.“Our great Supreme, our captain and leader, the Unbended is finally leaving us. Whatever are we to do?” Abe waved his hands theatrically as he feigned sadness and pain. His words caused Selina and the twins to snicker. Only Aegeus snorted before shooting Abe a deathly stare. It took a week for Godking to complete its assignment and soon, Mane was back on Planet Celestial. Walking through the streets of the capital, he noticed that he was receiving a lot of stares. While it wasn’t unusual for people to stare at him given his appearance and his ethereal aura, that was only on Zandor. One could argue that it was because he didn’t look like a Celestial, but that was not accurate either. Since Celestials opened their homes to others who craved entry into the God Academies, they had welcomed several different species into their home world. Mane wasn’t not out of place in this new era, meaning there were definitely staring for another reason.“You have become very popular, young Supreme,” Professor Stern who was walking next to Mane chuckled and said.“Hahaha! They had escaped that world that had been prepared as his burial place. As though it had never happened, they had returned to the exact spot he had been teleported from – the kitchen. Hildegarde was confused about his current reaction.Seeing him biting onto his tuna sandwich caused her eyebrows to lift in frustration. It was the very same meal that Mane had made and had barely taken a bite of when he was transported to another world. And yes, that was not a dream; it had really happened. She couldn’t understand how the Supreme could be so calm after coming out of a life-or-death situation.“What would you have me do then? Toss it into the trashcan? There were many things that could not be understood in this world, regardless of the amount of logic that one’s mind could process at any given moment, there were things that befuddled even the most brilliant minds. One of such brilliant minds – no, two of these – was staring into the sky full of stars with a torn expression on his face. This man – nay, this god – was the trickster and master shapeshifter, Loki. But he wasn’t alone.“What are you thinking about?”“Many things.”“The great Loki has more than one troubling issue? This is interesting. Odin would have laughed at the absurdity of such a statement; but looking at your expression, it seems to be true.”“It is arrogance to assume that one can solve all one’s problems with one’s mind alone. Why do you think I sought you?”“Isn’t it greater arrogance to presume that two would be enough?”“But its not just two is it? One is the mind of Odin and the other is the mind that Odin sought.”“You say you aren’t arrogant, but you do not
