Every world in the True Universe experienced the curse of the deathly rain. The men who came into contact with it all died, and so did the beasts. It didn’t matter what their level of wielding was; it didn’t matter what their status was. Every single person that endured the rain paid the price. Some gods and Ascenders had the right to resist the power of the rain. There was one group that benefited from the rain though: those who practised the dark arts and loved darkness benefited from the rain; but even they had to either have extremely powerful bloodlines or top class wielding manuals.

It wasn’t only the mortals who noticed the change. Gods and demons alike regardless of what heaven they resided in, witnessed the might of the rain, although only a few were able to recognize its origin.
