Mindy pov

I lay there long after Ben leaves thinking about what he said I won't find my mate.

"Fuck my life is so messed up",I whisper.

I turn over as the guards patrol and I sighed louder. A tray of food was slid in to the tray slot and I looked over at it.

"Eat prisoner",Is ordered.

"Whatever",I huffed out as I got up and took my food to my bed. It was edible but looked thrown together.

"Doc is here to see you",A guard says and I frown

"Mindy, he says gently, how are you feeling today?",I sigh.

"I'm fine doc I just realized I have no one",I pick at my food.

"You know you can talk to us Mindy, he looks at me, you can tell us about the sexual abuse honey we will listen",I freeze.

"Who told you?",I'm pissed I don't need everyone knowing I was adopted to sick people and used to pleasure them

"Sebastian asked me to come talk to you but check you over and make sure your healthy too",I sigh.
