“Good that you agree to come here,” Archie said with a grim look on his face.

By the years that have passed, Archie and I started to grow a little closer to each other. ‘Yes, just a little, because it took us years to gain each other's trust.’ And just by looking at him right now, I can immediately tell that Archie is not in a good mood, but he's trying to not show it in front of my daughter earlier.

I glanced at Stormi and found her having a great time with her grandpa. They're really the closest one to each other. Probably because Stormi is more affectionate to him than Archie. Even Honey was forced to join them along even though she's missing out on their topic.

“Had to. I promise Stormi to let her see her grandpa, at least, before his birthday.” I shrugged my shoulders at him as I sat on the counter table. “What's up? You look down and pissed today.”

He frowned at what I said, “The old man is demanding me to marry before he dies. Guess who he made a deal with?”
