"What have you been telling her?!!" Kim Boom screamed out in anger, glaring at Hae Jin.

Ah, he was not going to agree that easily.

Of course not, they should have seen that coming. Tae Jin thought.

"Please brother"

"You can't do this to me Kim Soo! You promised to stay with me forever!" Kim Boom cried out but there was no tears.

"There's no such thing as forever in this world brother! We can only get the forever we want when we cross over" Kim Soo said, trying her best to convince her brother.

"That's not the case! He said we'll part ways" Kim Boom yelled out.

"That guy was wrong brother! He's just an evil ghost who wants to stay in this world doing evil. Hurting others! He only wanted you to join him on his wicked ways! You're so much more than that brother. Please, don't listen to him!" Kim Soo begged but the stubborn Kim Boom was having none of that.

"No! I'll never give up on you! I'll do everything to keep you safe, keep you by my side. And I'll start by killing that guy!" Kim Boom yelled out, his eyes going to where Chae Joon stood.

But to his surprise, Chae Joon was not there.

Where was he?!

"You gave me a chance" Chae Joon whispered to his ear from behind him.

Immediately, Kim Boom turned, shocked.

He was too late, too slowly and he didn't get to use his powers.

Chae Joon had the upper hand this time and he stabbed his heart with his holy weapon, the dagger, before saying,

"You're save now"

Afterwards, he pulled out his holy weapon and jumped back, in case Kim Boom released all his powers.

If he does,.....Chae Joon will get hurt, and that's why he immediately put some distances between them after he completed his mission.

"Don't fight it brother" Kim Soo said and Kim Boom immediately obeyed. No hesitation.

He didn't fight it.

He didn't release all his powers and only turned to look at his sister.

"Kim......Soo" he called out her name one last time.

Knowing he was about to fall down, Kim Soo immediately rushed to him, catching him before he fell down.

Slowly lowering him down, Kim Soo went on her knees as well and pulled her brother into her arms.

Tears streamed down from her eyes as her brother began to fade.

All the souls he consumed getting out of him. They were free.

The souls were colourful orbs and as they left his soul, they began to fade as well.

Fading until there was nothing left of  them.

They (The souls) crossed over to the other side.

"I'm sorry, I betrayed you" Kim Soo said through tears.

And they watched as his (Kim Boom) appearance changed while he slowly faded.

Now, they can see what he looked like.

Kim Boom's hair was now short and the colour was black. His eyes were blue and he was really good looking.

Like..... really, really good looking.

That's all they could see.

Kim Boom's whole body was slowly fading, including his powers which were his clothes.

His face and hair were all they could see.

"For a good reason Kim Soo. Promise me, wherever I'll end up, you'll find me"

"I promise" Kim Soo said and watched as her brother smiled, tears streaming down. She watched as he faded away, until there was nothing left of him.

After taking a few seconds to accept what just happened, Kim Soo stood up,

"Now, is my turn" Kim Soo said before turning to face Hae Jin, Tae Jin and Se Jong.

The tears still there, she smiled at Hae Jin before saying,

"I'm sorry, I pulled you into my memories without your permission. I knew it could harm you but I still did it"

"I can't do this Kim Soo" Hae Jin announced.

"You have to. Save me Hae Jin" Kim Soo said, smiling.

Walking towards her, Hae Jin said, "Stay" the moment he came to a stop just two steps away from her.

"I can't. I promised my brother that I'll always be with him" Kim Soo said, a sad smile on her lips.

"By I can't do it! I can't kill you Kim Soo" Hae Jin yelled out, tears streaming down.

Such a cry baby. Kim Soo thought, smiling.

"Say the words Hae Jin" she said and he replied,

"I can't!"

"I'll not die. I'll not leave you forever Hae Jin. I'll always be here" Kim Soo said the sentence a hand on Hae Jin's heart.

"Kim Soo"

"Say the words" she said as she dropped her hand.

There was nothing he could do. There really was nothing.

Hae Jin thought, accepting this fact.

There was nothing he could. Kim Soo can't stay and she'll only be free when killed.

"I'm ready" Hae Jin said and the moment he said it, his right hand began to glow. The brightest white colour showing.

And in the bright light, suddenly, his holy weapon appeared. It was golden and it was bright.

Slowly, the bright light dimmed down, until it was gone completely and the holy weapon was the only one left.

Chae Joon, Tae Jin and Se Jong stared in shock. But each had different meaning.

Chae Joon and Se Jong were in shock because the colour of Tae Jin's holy weapon while Tae Jin, he was in shock because this was the first time he was seeing something like this.

He was in shock,.......... fascinated.

Golden. Hae Jin's holy weapon was golden.

Chae Joon was right, so was Kim Boom.

Hae Jin really was a special one.

He (Chae Joon) suspected this and Kim Boom proved him right when he said it.

And now, he was seeing a new proof with his own eyes.

Hae Jin really was a special one.

He was blessed by God.

Every hunter had a holy weapon and it was a dagger, and the colour was silver.

Only those who are special, blessed by God have a golden dagger.

This was prove.

Just like he thought, just like Kim Boom said, Hae Jin was a special one.

And his soul, energy, was special as well. When consumed, one will become powerful.

Far more powerful. 

Hae Jin was powerful, stronger than him, than any other ghost who wasn't a special one but he didn't know this. 

Hae Jin......he needed protection.

If evil ghosts finds out about him and his special energy, they'll definitely come after him.

Being a hunter of evil ghosts was not suitable for him.

Hae Jin had to stop being a hunter of evil ghosts. But then,.....will he listen?

Knowing Hae Jin,......he won't. He was hell bent on getting the rewards.

"You're save now" Hae Jin said as he stabbed Kim Soo's heart with his golden dagger.

The souls Kim Soo was forced to consumed when she was inside Kim Boom were set free.

Just like before, the souls were also colourful orbs and the moment they came out of her, the began to fade as well.

"Thank you for saving me. You're a true friend" Was Kim Soo's final words, a smile on her face as she fade away until there was nothing left of her.

Devastated, Hae Jin sat on the floor, crying.

Chae Joon, Se Jong and Hae Jin watched him, feeling sad.

His hyung,......... what can he do for him?

Not wanting to see how sad his hyung was, Tae Jin looked away from him and his eyes landed on Chae Joon who stood behind Hae Jin.

He had a sorry look on his face and Tae Jin could see he hasn't notice.

He (Chae Joon) was glowing.

And.........he wasn't the only one, Hae Jin was glowing as well.

What was happening?

Tae Jin asked himself, confused and worried.

Seconds later, their holy weapons, the daggers disappeared as well.

And then, they (Hae Jin and Chae Joon) stopped glowing.

What just happened?

Tae Jin asked himself.

Time (Around 10pm)

"Is he okay?" Se Jong asked. They were heading back home. Following behind Hae Jin who was leading the way.

"I don't think so. He look....." Chae Joon said and Tae Jin completed his words,

"Depressed"

They could only see Hae Jin's back profile, even so, they could tell what he was feeling and the expression on his face.

He (Hae Jin) was depressed, devastated! And there was nothing they could do.

"Understandable. He just lost a good friend" Se Jong said.

*Sigh, now he felt really sorry for Hae Jin. He was in the same position when Tae Jin and Shin Hye left for the states.

But then, he got better because he had Chae Joon.

He made everything better. 

Well,...... guess their situation wasn't exactly the same.

Tae Jin and Shin Hye came back but Kim Soo,....she was gone forever.

"Oh, right. By the way, earlier you guys were glowing. You and hyung. What happened? Do you know? And then suddenly your weapon disappeared as well" Tae Jin said.

Curious to know what happened earlier.

"Well, the glowing was proof that, we were getting rewarded for defeating grade 3 evil ghosts" Chae Joon explained.

Oh, so, that was it. Tae Jin thought.

"You only get rewarded when you defeat a grade 3 evil ghost" Tae Jin said and he (Chae Joon) nodded, confirming,

"Yeah. With this reward, I've now gained two rewards. I already had the first reward 'Strenght and Energy' and after defeating Kim Boom, I earn the second reward, 'The ability to show myself to humans who can't see or hear ghosts' I just have to say a word and they can see me, hear me. I can now post myself as human" Chae Joon said.

"Wow!" Tae Jin exclaimed.

"We can now introduce you to Hyun Seo and Shin Hye" Se Jong said, excited, smiling. Finding him cute, Chae Joon smiled back, staring at him.

"I don't think that's a good idea. Afterwards what? Hyun Seo will know he share a room with two people and not one" Tae Jin said.

Right, Tae Jin still didn't want their other friends to find out about him.

Or about him (Se Jong).

But what was so wrong?

If Hyun Seo and Shin Hye doesn't accept them just the way they are, they can just leave.

What? What a disappointment! Se Jong thought.

"If you post as a human, can humans touch you?" Tae Jin asked.

"I don't know but I believe they can't" Chae Joon said.

"You haven't even tried" Se Jong said, a frown on his face.

Why did he (Chae Joon) always have such negative thoughts?

"What about hyung?" Tae Jin asked.

"It was his first time so he got the first reward" Chae Joon answered.

It was pretty easy. Unlike his first time. He was beaten up like trash!

He still remembered that day like it happened only yesterday. Se Jong was so pissed. He won't eat or drink.

He was really worried about him (Chae Joon) and he was acting like everything was okay.

Like he was okay.

And both of them knew he wasn't.

Getting directly hit by that grade 3 evil ghost's powers hurt like fuck! And though, bruises or injuries wasn't visible on him because he was a soul, it still hurt like fuck!

"He's at level one huh?" Tae Jin stated.

"He defeated a grade 3 evil ghost so he got the first reward, strength and energy. He now have a full energy. A full soul" Chae Joon said.

"That's great, but he doesn't look happy at all" Tae Jin said and they all looked at Hae Jin.

"Right" Chae Joon said.

*Sigh, he really didn't know what to do to make him (Hae Jin) feel better.

"By way Chae Joon, how come Hae Jin's holy weapon is golden? That........ isn't right. Every hunter's weapon is silver" Se Jong said.

"Yeah, and it disappeared. Yours as well" Tae Jin added.

Remembering, Chae Joon didn't answer this question.

"The weapon only comes out when you need it. 'I'm ready', these words is like a call for it. And after the battle is over, it disappears on its own" Chae Joon said.

"And that, 'You're save now' hyung said it and you said it too" Tae Jin said.

"That's to keep the soul in peace. To decrease the pain they feel when they're stab in the heart. It also drives away all the evil and then they can finally cross over" Chae Joon said.

"Does it mean, the words, 'You're save now', save the evil ghost from the evil within them?" Tae Jin asked and he answered,

"Yes"

"And........do they go to..... heaven?" Tae Jin asked.

"I don't know. Only God knows. He's the judge and only he decide where they go" Chae Joon answered.

"They both went to heaven right?" Se Jong asked, worried.

"Se Jong" Chae Joon called out his name, feeling sorry.

"I really hope they do. It wasn't their fault they turned evil. Kim Boom turned evil getting revenge for his sister. He turned evil to protect her. And Kim Soo turned evil because she didn't want to leave her brother, hurt him. It wasn't their fault" Se Jong said.

It really wasn't, Chae Joon thought so as well.

But then,.......it wasn't in their hands.

"About the colour of hyung's weapon" Tae Jin asked.

Right, he (Chae Joon) hasn't told them about it.

"It proves Hae Jin is a special one. He's blessed by God. Ghosts who are blessed by God, their energy is very powerful. When consumed, you become a powerful"

"What?" Tae Jin exclaimed in shock. Blessed? His hyung is blessed?

He's also powerful?! Strong?!

"Ghosts who are blessed by God, when they become a hunter of evil ghosts, they get a golden dagger which kind of.....

"Screams how important he is" Tae Jin completed his words though it wasn't what he planned on saying.

"Something like that. And it usually have something to do with their past life. What they did and what they went through. The kind of person they were. The good they did" Chae Joon said.

"That means.........."

"Hae Jin was a good person in his past life" Chae Joon completed his (Tae Jin) words.

"He had a good heart. Did good" Se Jong said.

"How come you're not blessed? Were you a terrible person?" Tae Jin asked and Chae Joon smiled.

"Who said I'm not blessed? I'm blessed and I was forgiven. I got a second chance"

"That's why even though your unfinished business have nothing to do with a human, you're still here" Se Jong said and he looked at him, smiling.

"That's it. My energy might not be special but I am blessed by God. Being here, getting another chance to find my brother means am blessed"

What? This meant he was blessed?

And......his brother........he was dead right?

"You'll find Jin, am sure of it" Se Jong said with a smile and Chae Joon smiled back.

Jin? Has he heard this name before? Tae Jin asked him.

It sounded familiar.
