Chapter 126 - Managing the finances

Rosaline and Tessa changed into a semi-formal dress and went to complete the formalities for the purchase of the two pieces of land they wanted to buy.

It took most of the day.

Seeing just two little girls, the other party tried to take advantage of them several times. They tried to change terms at the last minute. They endeavored to trick them into paying the entire royalty when they had already negotiated to split equally. They even tried to goad them to a higher price.
