The kiss is soft and slow, his lips press against mine in a way that sets my skin on fire an desire filling my insides. He doesn’t take more then I’m willing to give and doesn’t try to force the kiss deeper then it is now and I respect him for it. Feeling him pull away from my lips my eyes open to lock with his now hazel ones. “I thought your eyes were green” he lets out a glorious laugh and pecs my lips. “They are, I think Cole was just overly excited to meet you” he says with a small smile.

The uneasy feeling settles again and the need to tell him and fear of what will happen start to creep they’re way back to the front of my mind and I push myself out of Carters hold.

“Can, can you um” I hesitate, having and internal battle with myself over whether or not to just tell him “
