"I miss you, Mom, Dad," I said while hugging them. Dad chuckled and messed up my hair. I looked at both of them.

"I thought our company was going bankrupt. Why did you two come back?" I asked. They looked at each other.

"The company is okay now, sweetie," Mom said. I was confused. But how? How did they do that?

"But Dad, Mom..." I wanted to ask them, but my mother quickly cut me off.

"You don't have to worry about it," Mom said, caressing my back.

"The food is ready," Nita said, calling us.
