He didn’t react. I laughed sarcastically in his face.

“See? You’re accusing me of something I didn’t even do! You’re making assumptions without knowing the truth. Yes, he confessed to me, but did I tell him to court me? Did I give him permission? Did I say I liked him? No! You act like you know everything, but you know nothing!” I yelled. He stood there, silent, unable to say a word.

“We’re done, Diego. I already gave you the divorce papers. Maybe you’re just too scared to tell my parents that we’re divorced. That’s why you keep doing what they ask of you. Well, I’m sorry for that. But don’t worry, I’ll call them tomorrow and tell them it’s over!” I spat, the frustration boiling over.

This bastard was really testing my patience. Was he really trying to turn this around on me, acting like I was the one in the wrong? He had the nerve to tell my parents
