“Mom, are you sure about it?” I asked her while she was helping me pack my things. She sighed.

“What’s really your problem, Samantha? You’ve been asking that a hundred times,” Mom said while placing my dress in my luggage.

Dad and Diego were talking downstairs.

“Why don’t you just help me?” Mom said. Ugh! I’m really irritated right now. Is it just because Diego helped them that they would agree to send me to his house? Are they for real?

“Gosh, I don’t want to,” I told her and sat on the bed. She looked at me.

“What’s wrong with you, Sam? Wait.” She walked towards me and sat beside me.

“You miss us, right?” she said, caressing my hair. Of course, I missed you and Dad, Mom. But aside from that, I don’t want to be with Diego. I don’t want to be one of his side chicks. That bastard has tons of women with him.
