Chapter 89

Pollen’s POV

When Mia brought up the idea of going out for dinner I didn’t hesitate to jump on it. My mind has been foggy lately, and the stress from being at home 24/7 for the past few days has turned my mind into a total mess.

For me not to lose my sanity I was going to go to the dinner. Maybe that even will help me get over the reoccurring feeling of sadness and loneliness ever since Raymond kicked me out. Since he doesn’t believe me, I might as well just live with it and try to be happy, for the sake of our baby even though he adamantly said he isn’t the father.

We got to the fine dining and my eyes widened in shock. As I walked through the neatly organized tables and chairs, my head spun around to be sure we would be capable of footing the bills. I was the type who believed that the fancier a place looks the costlier their services, even though it’s not always that way.

When we finally took our seat at the a table covered with fine linens, I gazed around my environment, again
