Chapter 90

Pollen’s POV

Raymond slammed me hard against the wall and tightened his grip on my wrist. His eyes burned with inexplicable hatred even though they were as still as water.

“You are hurting me” I continued to struggle.

When he saw that the gap between us was giving me room to move and fight for my freedom he closed it by pressing himself against me.

I was automatically defeated when he did that single act. All the fears I had earlier vanished and I was gasping for air instead.

His scent, an invigorating mix of sandalwood and mint, filled my nostrils. It was so strong that I couldn’t bring myself to think straight.

That was how I rested there on the wall, ravishing the feeling of having his hard toned body pressing against mine. My breath came in short ragged successions, but I didn’t care. I wanted to be with him in that position for as long as possible.
