CHAPTER FIFTY-NINE (Where is he)

Throughout that week, I didn’t go to the agency. There were no phone calls from them except on Saturday when the photographer called to inform me of the week shooting on Monday. The day was already bright, fair, and happy. I had no reason not to join the chorus. I looked at the time, and it was much earlier than when I do wake. I thought it was because I slept early the previous night. I stay in bed for an extra hour with the mindset that I will stand up from bed when Lucas was ready to go to work.

I noticed that I have not seen him for 4 days now. He doesn’t throw his suit on his shoulder when I wake again. Before I could freshen up and join him downstairs, he has already left.

“The job has really gone a better part of him,” I thought to myself. But today was a new week and I have woken up much earlier than usual I waited on the bed, and yet he never showed up. I stood up from the bed and started a walk towards his sturdy. I tried to open the door, but it was locked, I sigh
