22 Teddy's orders

In the cell, Charlotte waited for her father to return and to know her fate, aware that she would be punished for cheating on her mate. Yet, she didn't see her father return. As night fell, she lay back down on the floor and fell asleep.

The next morning, Charlotte awoke and saw a guard passing by. She rushed to call him to see if she could gain his help in reaching out to her father. However, the guard warned her, "I am not allowed to speak to you or reach out to anyone."

Charlotte was annoyed, knowing that she couldn't command the guard with her Luna power, so she awaited her father.

Meanwhile, Teddy arrived at the pack's station where Jack and Charlotte had been locked up. So far, Caleb had forwarded the matter to the court of law governing their pack, and the hearing was scheduled for the following week.
