**POV Eleanor**

"We need to go, Ellen. We've spent too much time in this place. The trees and forest have already recovered from the storm. The passage is dry; we can pass through and finally leave," Alice argued again, trying to change my mind.

I looked around again. Ursula was just wrapped in a small blanket, trying not to feel the cold, while everything remained in disarray. I had spent a few days trying to tidy up this place, but the walls and ceiling were already worn out; there wasn't much I could do.

"We can't leave her here to die!" I argued, watching the rats scurry through the corridors near the hall where we were.

"She refuses to leave, Eleanor. She chose this! We can't decide for her. I'm sorry, but we can't stay trapped in this place forever because of a woman we met a few days ago," Alice huffed indignantly.
