**POV: Eleanor**

I was in bed, resting and trying to ignore the anxiety consuming me, when I felt a sharp pain and a sudden wave of moisture. My water had broken a day before the scheduled date for the babies' birth. A paralyzing fear mixed with excitement took over me.

"Alice! Lilian!" I screamed, my voice trembling with nervousness and pain. Within seconds, Alice and my aunt Lilian rushed to my side, their eyes wide with concern.

"Eleanor, what happened?" Alice asked, already knowing the answer by the expression on my face.

"My water... broke," I murmured, trying to control my breathing. "The babies are coming."
