Chapter 83

"Hey! Don't run around! You dropped my book!"

Naya, the woman had just borrowed some books from the library. But when she wanted to bring the books to her class, a student running from the opposite direction accidentally bumped into her, causing her to drop the books she was carrying.

Instead of helping her pick up the fallen books, the student only said sorry before continuing his run.

A long exhale was heard coming out of Naya's mouth. Today the woman was quite busy as she had a lot of assignments to complete. When she was dizzy thinking about her assignments, suddenly there were people who made her in a bad mood. For example, the man who bumped into her and dropped her books but didn't want to help her.

While cleaning up her books, Naya suddenly saw several students running in one direction. Some of them were shouting that someone was fighting. 

Afraid that it might be Arka, Naya immediately put her books away and ran towards the scene.

"Let me go!”

"No! I won't let you go until you confess. Weren't you the one who sabotaged my friend Naya's car that time?"

Who would have thought that the person who was thought to be fighting was not Arka but Juna. The man had just met the person he saw destroying Naya's car.

Maybe you still remember what happened that morning. When Juna was asked for help by Arka to take Naya to campus. When the man wanted to pick up Naya, he accidentally saw someone at Naya's house. The person's behavior was very suspicious. When Juna approached him, he immediately left. It turned out that the person sabotaged Naya's car by cutting one of the cables.

"What are you saying? I don't know you and I didn't do what you're accusing me of? Now let me go!"

"Don't lie! I still remember your face. You're the one who cut the cable of Naya's car. Confess now or I'll drag you to the police station!"

The person who Juna was currently holding looked rebellious and wanted to be released. In fact, the person deliberately hit Juna's face, causing the corner of his lip to bleed. 

Seeing that the man was about to run away, Juna swiftly caught him again. The man wanted to take her to Naya and Arka. 

"Juna."

Breathless, Naya cut through the crowd of students surrounding Juna and the man. She was surprised to see Juna clutching someone she knew very well.

"Zack? Juna?"

"Naya?"

Zack. Yes, the man Arka was currently clutching was Zack.

"Juna, what are you doing Zack?"

"Zack? Oh so he's the one whose name is Zack?"

Naya nodded.

"Naya, just so you know he's the one who sabotaged your car!"

You can see Naya's shocked reaction when she heard Juna's words. 

Zack? Zack had sabotaged her car? Is it true? 

Honestly, Naya didn't believe it right away. She couldn't believe it because all she knew was that Zack was very kind. He even helped her whenever she needed help.

"No! Not me Naya! I don't know anything at all. I don't even know him!"

"Don't lie! I still remember your face!" Juna shouted.

"Zack, is that really you?" Naya asked with an even more shocked look.

Again, Zack refuted Juna's accusation. He said that he didn't know anything at all. Zack said that Juna suddenly approached him and then hit him and accused him of doing something he never did.

"Lying Nay! He's lying! I still know his face by heart. He sabotaged your car."

"Where's the proof? Where's the proof that I did it? If you don't have it, don't just accuse me."

"I don't have any proof but I'm sure it was you."

"That's enough, Juna, please let Zack go. I'm sure he's not the culprit," Naya said.

"But Nay."

"I can guarantee it's not him. You also have no evidence. You can't just accuse without evidence. Zack has been very good to me. I ask you to please let him go."

Although forced, Juna finally let Zack go. After that Juna dispersed the crowd before another lecturer saw her.

"Juna, come with me. I'll treat your wound."

By this time, Juna and Naya were already in the campus garden. After getting some medical equipment, Naya immediately approached Juna in the park and helped her treat the cut on the corner of the man's lip.

"It hurts, slowly."

"It hurts? Who told you to fight?" 

"You really don't trust me, Nay?"

"I believe you."

"But why did you say you don't? You don't believe that Zack sabotaged your car that morning."

Naya seemed to have stopped her activity of treating Juna's wound. She took a deep breath and said, "I believe you, but you can't just accuse him."

"I'm not making accusations. You know me, right? I wouldn't accuse someone I don't know without a reason. I still know the face of the person who sabotaged your car back then very well and he is Zack."

"Now I ask, do you have any evidence?"

Juna shook his head.

"If you don't have proof, don't accuse him. What if Zack doesn't accept it and reports you to the police for defamation?"

"Go ahead! I'm sure he did it."

Again, Naya let out a long sigh. It turned out Juna was just like Arka, equally stubborn and very difficult to tell.

"I'll look for evidence and I'm sure Zack is the culprit."

"Shit! Damn it!!! Why does that guy have to be a lecturer here anyway! I almost got caught. To Naya's disbelief."

Zack was currently in the campus restroom. He had just washed his face and wiped away some of the blood that came out of the corner of his lips from Juna's punch.

Zack himself was also surprised why Juna was suddenly on campus. Until he heard from someone that Juna was a new lecturer at the campus.

"This is bad! He could be looking for evidence if I'm the perpetrator. If he finds that evidence and Naya believes it, she might stay away from me. I won't let him succeed in proving that I was the one who sabotaged Naya's car."

Who would have thought that Juna was not just accusing. Zack was the real culprit. The one who had sabotaged Naya's car that morning.

If asked what was the reason that made Zack do that? Of course it was so that Naya's car would be damaged and then he would come by by chance and then offer Naya to go to campus together.

"Didn't you see? Did you see Mr. Juna and Zack fighting? I wonder what they were arguing about?"

"Yes, I'm curious too. I heard the word sabotage."

Arka, who had just come out of one of the rooms, suddenly overheard the conversation of two female students. Out of curiosity, she immediately asked.

"Juna and Zack had a fight? When? Where?"

"Mr. Arka? Yes sir, we saw them fighting in the park. But now Naya has managed to separate them. It looks like Naya is with Juna sir."

"I saw Naya in the park with Juna. She was helping Mr. Juna treat his wound."

Right after hearing that, Arka immediately rushed to the park where Naya and Juna were.
