5 - Escape From The Pack

🌼Amari's P. O. V.🌼 

When I reached the end of the woods, I hid behind a tree and turn back into my human form. I wore my clothes and started walking on the side of the road. I don't know where to go. Very few vehicles are passing by but one particular car stopped beside me. 

When the window of the car rolled down, Hunter peek his head out.

"Hey, where are you going in this early morning?" he examined my face. "It's already past 1 am and you're walking alone? Where are you going?"

"Nowhere," I murmured. "I have nowhere to go."

"Are you running away from your pack?" he asked concerned. "Did something happen?" Yes, I wanted to tell him that, but I held it back. I don't even know if I should trust him.

"Nothing happened," I lied. "I just wanted to live on my own."

"In that case, I'll give you a ride," he offered and opened the door for me. "Get in."

I entered the car and he started the ignition. "I don't mean to sound like a nosy person...," he started. "...but why are you running away from your pack? Is it Kelly?" I shook my head.

"Is it the new Alpha?" he demanded. I'm starting to feel dizzy all of a sudden.

" No, why would you think that?" I said. "Just pull over here, and I'll get out and walk the rest of the way."

"Where are you going?" he questioned. "It's not safe for a young woman like you to walk around at this hour."

"I'll be fine," I got out of his car not before grabbing my bag and he followed.

"Hey, wait for-" he was interrupted by four black SUVs surrounding us. Men in black went out, but in one particular SUV where four people went out: Jedrick, Chase, Xander, and Alpha Andres.

I started to back away, afraid for my dear life. Alpha is now looking feral, glaring at Hunter. His eyes are changing into pure black. I gulped. He signaled something to his men and they grab Hunter by the arm. What is wrong with these men?

"Let me go, morons!" Hunter ordered and trying to get away from their grip.

Alpha Andres clicks his tongue and looks at Hunter. "You better get away right now boy..." he stated. "...before I make you."

"Then, what!" Hunter challenged. "What are you gonna do?"

"Let's start with the fact that you wouldn't be able to have this girl, here." Alpha pointed at me. 

"Hah!" Hunter scoffed. "The fact, that she is running away from your pack, I don't think so! I wonder why she is running away from you. I bet she doesn't want to be around with a horrible excuse of an alpha like you!"

"You better watch your mouth, boy!" it was Xavier with a warning tone. "An Alpha away from his mate is dangerous." I thought Alpha doesn't have a mate. I'm going to tell his mate once knew who she is, about the crime of his rapist mate.

"What does it has to do with Amari?" Hunter asked with a raised eyebrow. 

They ignored his question and Chase, the Commander in chief, ordered his men to get me. I struggled out of this one guy, but he was able to drag me to one of the SUVs. Everyone started to get on the vehicles, leaving Hunter behind, clutching his stomach as someone had punched and kicked him.

The SUVs started moving and we followed suit with me trying to open the car door.

"Let me out! Open this door!" These guys with me started laughing evilly.

"You better keep it down, girl," this guy beside me spoke. "It won't end well for you, but for me, it would." He smirked at the last part staring at me up and down. I got furious that I slapped him across the face.

"How dare you!" he spatted. "I'm going to make you regret it!"

He pushed me down making me lay on my back awkwardly. And started groping me. I felt dirty once again because of his unwanted touches.

"Denzel, what do you think you're doing!" the driver whispered-yell.

"I'm just going to taste her for a while to teach her a lesson."

"No, sir..." I begged. "I didn't mean to slap you. Please don't!"

"You better shut up and let me continue!" he bellowed. My eyes widened at his word. 

'I don't think so. Now, let your Alpha continue.' 

My eyes welled up as I think of what he would do to me. I don't want to be used by two men.
