2 - An Evil Plan

🌼Amari's P. O. V.🌼 

Today is the Welcome Ceremony and a celebration. Right now, I am preparing for college. I wore my school uniform. Yes, school uniform for college. I wore a white dress shirt and tied a black ribbon around my neck. I put on the long navy blue calf-length skirt. The regular skirt is too short, so, I requested the school for a long skirt for my own. I don't feel comfortable with short dresses, skirts or shorts. Then, I wore a pair of black tights and slip on a pair of dark shoes. 

I headed downstairs to help a little before going to school. Ben and Eva insisted on me not helping them, but I still helped a little. After finishing the sandwich Eva gave me, I'm good to go.

✒Author's P. O. V. ✒

Kelly had woken up to meet up with a guy. When she got to her destination she was met with a tall man that goes to the same school as Amari. He is also a werewolf from a different pack. He's been trying to get to Amari but failing every time. He wanted the girl all to himself, but Amari never liked him. Kelly, on the other hand, wanted to get to Alpha's good side and will mate with him tonight. She wanted to be the Luna of the Mångata Pack. 

Kelly knows Hunter's deep fascination for Amari. So, it's a win-win situation for them. 

They began talking about their plan.

"Are you sure about this?" Hunter hesitated.

"Don't you want to finally get what you wanted with Amari?" Kelly hinted. "Tonight is your chance to finally succeed." She smirked at him.

Hunter bit his lip hard. He has a deep fascination for Amari. He smirks saying, "I won't let her off this time." He narrowed his eyes on Kelly. "What about you? What are you trying to attain by helping me?"

"I'm gonna make the Alpha mine tonight, too," she responded. "He will surely make me his Luna."

"That's a clever idea," he criticized. "Do you have the drug already for me?"

"Not yet," Kelly answered. "Come to the pack house later. They won't suspect since you've been to our pack house before."

🌼Amari's P. O. V.🌼

The class ran smoothly and time passed by. I'm on my way back to the pack house walking on the sidewalk and humming a sweet tune. I hope this Welcome Ceremony will go smoothly. I plan that when the Ceremony is finished, I will get straight to my room. I hated parties and anything associated with drinking alcohol and smoking. I can just get my school work done while eating. That's right, I will get as much food as I like. Oh, how much I like eati-my thoughts are cut short by a screeching sound of a car.

The window of a black sports car rolled down, revealing a guy, Hunter Smith. He goes to the same university as me, and he's a little older than me. I kept on ignoring him because he kept on following me around the university and asking me to be his girlfriend.

"Don't worry," he said. Did I just say that out loud? "I'm not gonna ask you to be my girlfriend this time. I will get you tonight anyway." He murmured the last sentence, but maybe I only heard it wrong.

"What did you say?" I asked.

"Nothing," he runs his hand through his hair with a sigh. "Look, I'm sorry for those times I annoyed you. I only wanted to be friends with you." He sounded sincere. 

"Okay," I sighed. "What do you want?"

He cursed under his breath that I don't even understand. "I'm on my way to your pack house right now," he said. "I could give you a ride. I won't do anything that would make you uncomfortable. I promised."

"Fine!" He grinned and got out of the car to open the passenger door for me. I whispered 'thank you' and got in.

The entire car ride was uncomfortably silent. I decided to start a conversation.

"Why are coming to the pack house?" I asked. "Do you know that we'll be having a Welcome Ceremony for the new Alpha?"

"Oh, yes," he answered. "I was only going to give something to Kelly."

He could have just handed it to me so he doesn't have to drive. I'm already on my way home anyway. It must be something important. 

We stopped outside the now fully guarded Mångata Pack Territory. Since the new Alpha arrived, the entire territory has been guarded by great warriors. I looked at him and ask, "Why didn't you just hand me what you will give to Kelly? is it really that important?"

"Oh! Ye-ye-yeah, I have to tell her something in person." He stuttered.

"Okay, I'll get Kelly for yo-" 

"No! I already told her I'm here." I looked at him suspiciously but decided to just shrug it off.

"Thanks for the ride, Hunter," I thanked him and was about to walk away when he leaned down to kiss me. I turn to the side making him kiss my cheek. I cringed and wiped my cheek. I walked away in irritation.

He called out, "My pleasure, Princess"

I got to the door only to bump in with Kelly who is running so fast. "Watch where you're going, Omega!" she spat. 

What's her problem? She's only meeting up with Hunter.

✒Author's P. O. V.✒

"This will sedate her within seconds," Kelly divulged. "Mix the tablet well in her drink. Knowing that girl, she doesn't drink alcohol of anything sort. Mix it in water or juice instead." 

"How about you?" Hunter asked, "What will its effect be with your Alpha?"

"Turn it down"-Kelly put her finger in her mouth-"Do you wanna get cau-"

A creaking sound interrupted Kelly's chiding.

"Did you hear that?" Kelly asked in alarm.

"Hear what?" Hunter shrugged. "It's probably your head messing with you. Now, answer my question."

Kelly rolled her eyes. "To make him want me, of course." They both laugh humorously.
