"Look, okay I fell asleep, so what? Hindi mo ba kaya mag-sarili or something like that?" I asked him in my serious voice. I saw a hint of amazement in his eyes before smirking at me.

"Women beg me to fuck them. So no, hindi ako nag-sasarili." he got off me. I secretly rolled my eyes. Is he telling me that I should feel grateful because he did that to me even though I didn't beg?! Ass.

I stood up and quickly took a bath. I was busy soaping my body when I realized that I don't have spare clothes. I shook my head and quickly finished bathing. I can use my clothes last night.

I wore my clothes from last night before brushing my hair. I need to hurry before he sees me.

I saw his back while I was walking towards the exit. He's cooking something. I tip-toed before running towards my condo. I was just about to take a deep breath when I saw Cai staring at me with his arms folded in front of his chest.

"God! How did you manage to enter?! I never gave you a key!" I exclaimed before sitting down on my sofa. God, my body hurts.

"I have my ways," he seriously answered me before standing in front of me. "So, explain. Now."

"Well, you told me na I should have fun before you left me diba? So I did." I looked up at him.

"Fun? You don't even know the guy, Auxerre Kailani! You're not just a normal person for God's sake! What if he was a spy?" he shouted at me.

Ang poging spy naman. I whispered to myself. I stood up before staring at him. "You never told me what kind of fun you were talking about. I had fun, period. And hindi naman s'ya spy so what's wrong?"

"What if nga diba?" he sarcastically asked me before flipping his hair back due to frustration. I chuckled before shaking my head.

"Seriously, you've got to stop it with the what-ifs. Focus on what is." I walked towards my room. "I'll be done in 30, drive me papuntang company," I said before removing my clothes. I feel sticky.

I blow dried my hair para mas mabilis. I still need to finish a few documents sa office before I could completely have a vacation. I'm so tired.

I saw Cai microwaving the food we took out last night. I shook my head and helped him fix the table.

"Just make sure he's not in the same area like us. Para walang problema kung sakaling gusto mo s'ya." he gave me utensils. My eyes widened and I was about to answer him back but he spoke agad. "No buts, Auxerre."

"So...What did he do to you?" he suddenly asked me while washing the dishes. I coughed before shaking my head.

"Do you want it detailed ba?" I teased him and I heard him groan in annoyance. Well he asked me diba? Tapos ngayon gaganyan s'ya. Baliw.

"Nothing much. Natulugan ko lang naman s'ya in the middle of our make-out sesh," I said like it wasn't a big deal but damn it is! Super nakakahiya! But also, it's like a blessing in disguise since he didn't get to deflower me.

I heard na may nabasag making me stand up and look at him. "Fuck!" he cursed before cleaning the mess. I shook my head and took out my first aid kit before helping him clean his cut.

"You're not joking?! Tinulugan mo talaga?! Fuck ka!" he said before laughing out loud. I glared at him but he didn't stop laughing so nilagyan ko ng alcohol 'yung cut n'ya without telling him, making him scream in pain.

"Ouch! Ouch! Masakit!" he whined like a baby before pulling his hand away from me. I smirked before handing him the band-aid while he's busy glaring at me. He did that to himself so why is he getting mad at me?!

"Such a baby! You can handle fighting with trained people but you can't handle a cut?! Baliw ka talaga!" I exclaimed before standing up and cleaning his mess for him.

Hinatid n'ya naman ako sa office and he will fetch me mamayang 7pm nalang since he also have stuff to attend to.

"We have a problem po ma'am..." Nis immediately informed me the moment I entered the company. I sighed before going inside the elevator.

"Why? Anong nangyari?" I asked her while walking to my office. Hindi pa n'ya nasasagot tanong ko pero mukhang alam ko na agad kung ano 'yun.

"Zeyn. What are you doing here? As far as I know, you don't have any appointments with me." I gave him my cold stare before nodding at Nis, signaling her to leave and be alert in case something happens.

"Exactly the point, darling. I'm Zeyn, I don't need to book an appointment to talk to you," he said with a devilish smirk on his face. I cursed in my head before walking toward my table.

"Yeah? I'm Auxerre Kailani. I'm a Vixen. So know your goddamn place or your family will see you again, but this time...in pieces." I smirked before sitting down. I saw how his adam's apple move up and down making me chuckle.

If he's gonna threaten me at least do it with full confidence. He's like a small kitten pretending to be a brave tiger in front of me. Fucking pathetic.

"Okay, chill. I was just going to ask you out on lunch, my treat."

I raised my eyebrow at him, obviously checking if he was still in the right mind.

"I can pay for my own lunch." I scoffed before turning around and sitting down at my table. Obviously trying to make him feel that I don't want him here.

"I know, pero I insist, my treat. C'mon just try giving me a chance?" He lowkey pleaded to make me laugh in my mind. He's really that desperate to take me out on a date?

I smirked before twirling a piece of my hair on my finger while giving him my devilish smirk. "Only if you do me a favor." If I'm going on a date with him I better get something in return. I'd never do this for free.

"Okay, what is it?" He asked me with a hint of lust visible in his eyes. This guy really thinks that I like him, huh?

"You'll be my personal spy," I stated with a smirk. I saw how his adam's apple moved, he's gulping so hard right now.

I chuckled before talking, "One date every important information you can give me about your family's secret...good deal, right?"

One thing I learned about growing up with manipulative parents...is I can manipulate people without a sweat.

I stood up before walking towards him. I crossed my arms and made sure that my cleavage is visible. Hindi naman nakatakas sa paningin ko na agad n'yang tiningnan 'yon.

"Eyes up here. Ako ang kausap mo, hindi 'yan." I joked before patting his shoulder.

"It's a good deal if you think about it. The only downside is you only have 1 minute to decide." I pressured the hell out of him, making his eyes widen.

"Deal." He quickly said. "Just...don't make it obvious around my family." He added, making me smirk in my mind. It's like we're playing chess and I already won checkmate.

"Okay then. 8 pm sharp, I'll drive my way there, no need to fetch me up." I said before walking back to my table and opening my laptop.

I quickly deleted some of my e-mails that were irrelevant. Do they really think that they'll scare me using death threats? Once you tell them that you can track them down they'll stop.

It's funny how some people can feel so powerful and superior behind the screen but can't even look you in the eye in person.

"Are you sure about this? Pwede ka naman sanang humindi kasi, Auxerre." Reklamo ni Cai bago iabot sa'kin 'yung bag ko na halatang may kasamang sama ng loob. Natawa naman ako dahil sa itsura n'ya. I'm an only child but since he's my best friend it's starting to feel like I have an older brother.

"I know, pero this will benefit my family...and besides, dinner lang naman. I'm sure everything will be fine." I started to reassure him that he has nothing to worry about.

"So can you drive for me na?" I added making him roll his eyes. Nag-susungit pa s'ya para namang ayaw n'ya ako ihatid at sunduin.

I just wore a dark green puff sleeve maxi dress with a slit and paired it with black heels. I also brought a small purse since my phone and wallet lang naman ang dadalhin ko.

"Oh, bring this." Cai handed me a gun with a silencer, making my brows furrow.

"I don't need that." Pag-tataray ko sa kan'ya. Totoo naman, it's just a harmless dinner, hindi na kailang ng ganiyan.

"Even if he's head over heels for you, he's still a Maclise, Auxi. Hindi mo kilala 'yan." Paglaban n'ya sa point n'ya. I get where he's coming from but I can take care of myself.

"I'll call you agad if I feel that something's wrong."

That's the last thing I said before leaving. Hinatid n'ya din ako sa resto to make sure daw na alam n'ya kung saan ako susunduin.

Zeyn quickly escorted me to the table and asked me if I want something to eat. I'm not that picky when it comes to food so hinayaan ko nalang s'ya umorder para sa'min pareho.

"Uh, we'll order the braised chicken legs with grape and fennel, scallops with brown butter and lemon pan sauce, cauliflower bolognese, and two glasses of your most expensive champagne." He boastfully said, making me secretly roll my eyes. Does he really think he can lure me with his money? We're richer than them...

We just ate and talked about business the whole time. He kept shifting the topic to my personal life and I keep dodging his questions. I agreed to this date for business, not to flirt.

"Remember our deal, okay? I have something against you so you better keep your word." I threatened him the moment we reached the parking lot. He just laughed before leaning onto his car.

Mukhang mag-yayabang pa s'ya pero natigil dahil may bumaril sa side mirror n'ya, causing the both of us to flinch.

"I swear to God if this is one of your tricks I'll cut your head off, Maclise!" I exclaimed while trying to see who shot at us.

"Wala akong kinalaman dito, Auxi!"

"Nagsasabi ng totoo 'yang kadate mo, madam." A random guy whispered to me before pulling my hair, causing me to hit the floor. Zeyn was supposed to help me but a bunch of other guys quickly held his arms.

I rolled my eyes and quickly flipped the guy over. Kanina pa s'ya nakasabunot sa akin at hindi na ako natutuwa. "Organization Red."

I blew on the strand of hair that was covering my face before stepping on his groin with all of my energy.

"Who's next?" I faced the other guys with a smile on my face. I saw how their face got red because I look so boastful right now.

The other two tried to punch me pero mabilis akong nakailag kaya nakakuha ako ng chance na masipa at masuntok sila. I kept punching, kicking, and flipping for I don't know how many minutes.

"Mas mahirap pa workout routine ko dito." I laughed. I'm just covering my tiredness at this point, I already took down 8 of them and Zeyn took down 5 pero parang hindi sila nauubos!

"Aw, a knife? Really? Are you that threatened?" I teased one of them. If you're going to fight, at least fight fairly.

"Auxi!" A familiar voice yelled from behind, causing me to look. It's Hubert. Which I instantly regret.

The guy with the knife quickly attacked me! Mabuti nalang at naitulak ako agad ni Zeyn, or else baka nahiwa na n'ya 'yung mukha ko!

Hubert quickly helped us with the guys, making it easier for us na maubos sila. But they're not known as one of the most notorious organizations for nothing...hindi dahil magaling sila, it's because madumi sila mag-laro. Madaya. Masahol.

"Last five," I said while panting. Hindi pa bumababa 'yung kinain ko ganito na agad! Give me a break!

Naubos din namin sila agad pero nakalimutan ko kung paano sila kumilos. The sound of a gunshot shocked my system. I was expecting to feel some kind of pain since I know I'm their target. The only thing I felt is the drop of blood on my arm.

"Never catch bullets for me."
