Girlfriend

As soon as Mira reached home, she was so frustated that she kicked her shoes aside, threw her bag on the floor somewhere and started cussing.

That bast*rd how dare he. Did he ask my permission, NO!

Doesn't he know what personal boundary mean. That damned boss. "Aaaah...I just want to kill that fellow."

With that she fell on her couch and started hitting it with her hands until she could no longer carry on due to the exhausion.

Closing her eyes silently, she thought on how things unfolded tonight.

Sitting in Office...

That boss, all I did was just wish him. Yet he punished me and called names. Now I have to wait for all the staff to leave for the day before I get off work. That psycho fellow might even look into the survelliance camers tomorrow and tell that I didnt follow his orders.

I look around the office and see that almost all the employees have left for the day. Finally I can go home now. With that thought in mind, Mira goes skipping around in the office only to find that the boss is still there.

What shit luck do I have to actually have the boss still in office. Doesn't he have a house! He could just go to his pentahouse and sleep there. Suddenly to let go of her bad mood, she took out her phone and clicked a picture of her sleeping boss from outside his glass office. She quickly ran back to her desk and took out her phone and started adding all kinds of funny filters on the image. While she was blissfully enjoying that moment, she was startled to hear a voice beside her. She jumped out of her seat and was about to fall off.

Can this guy be any more discreet. Is he a cat or what! Silently sneaking up to people. I could have died of a heart attack, had I not known that there are still people in the office. 

Getting her emotions under the check she finally looked at the intruder. She was afraid looking at his serious face and started imagining things. Did he see what I was doing on my phone just now? With a puzzled look she just stood there without making a sound.

Before she opened her mouth and ask him what he was up to, he directly pulled her and threw her into his car and sped away. Mira Mira calm down. You know today is his birthday and he is especially prone to throw tantrums on this day. He told me today to get lost and insulted when I brought him cake and now he is taking me somewhere. Tomorrow when he waits for his coffee or breakfast, then he will know what mistake he made today. She cursed him that he should get all kinds of gastric problems.Thinking of his face when he would be sweating profusely because of unbearable pain and not being able to do anything, she felt extermely happy and started smiling. 

By the time she came back to her senses they were at his friend's boutique. Known to Nick was, what Mira hated the most is to sit in a salon for hours to get ready for a meal/party. She really doesn't understand why the rich spend so much money on a dress they hardly wear or the makeup they would have to remove before the day ends.

But still she followed the stylist inside to get herself a makeover. "You seem very special to Nick. He has never brought any women here but you are already here multiple times." Trish remarked.

"Sir, you think too much. It just so happens that I'm his personal assistant and a female, where as the other assistants are men. So it is easy for him to bring someone on a short notice and still work on the way", she explained earnestly. But Trish didn't buy it at all. The look on his face said that, the more she explained the more he will misunderstand. Thinking of this, Mira just shut her mouth and let him continue with his work.

Once she came out, that iceberg of a boss didn't even compliment her or take a second glance, but looked at her so annoyed like she caused him a great delay. With an apologetic look, she turned around and gave the stylist a quick nod and rushed out to catch up with her boss.

Now that she had a makeover, she suddenly realized that he is taking her to his birthday banquet. But still he couldn't figure out why he would take her there. 

As soon as she entered the party with Nick, they became the focus of everyone. All the guests were looking at her with inexplicable looks. She could her a few muttering around her.

"Who is the girl next to Mr.Asher.?"

"Wow, she looks so beautiful. I think I should find a time to knock her up"

She could see all kinds of envious and admiring looks around her. As she was too occupied with the thoughts, she didn't realize when she was pulled by Nick towards his family. She only came back to her senses when she heard Nick's words introducing her as his girlfriend. G.I.R.L.F.R.I.E.N.D.

What the heck is wrong with this guy. Did he lose a screw or two in his head. How could he lie to everyone of his family. She quickly wanted to tell them that it was not true, but before words came out of her mouth she was shut up by Nick in the most unfathomable way.

He kissed her. And that's all it took for Mira to loose her composure as she glared it him, while Nick had a smug look on his face grinning. To outsiders it looked like a sweet lover's quarrel. 

Nick really enjoyed this outcome. He thought he should give Mira a rise for her acting today. He achieved his purpose. So it was time for him to leave. So he quickly told his grandmother that he wanted to spend the rest of his day with Mira. Looking at his expression and the time of the day, one's imagination of what is going to happen later had no bounds. But Nick left everything else to their creativity and took Mira away from the banquet.
