Ariella's POV

Hearing this, I was stunned, standing still and motionless. The murmurs of the crowd surged into my ears, all directing insults at me. I felt the world spin, as if I were about to lose my hearing and sense of smell, about to faint. Not knowing what I was doing, I just wanted to escape it all, so I mechanically started running away. I ran into the forest, transformed into a wolf, and raced towards the seaside.
