Chapter 7 Murder Most Foul

My priority was to keep myself safe. I was reminded of Michael. Though I had no idea if he had a part in this, my first order of priority was to get out of this place.

The man wasn't expecting powerful resistance, but he looked intrigued and even more turned on. I almost puked. I grabbed a vase and hurled it like a cannonball. It smashed his head, and he clutched it, furious that he was hurt.

Galvanized by the clean hit, I grabbed a remote control, the router, slippers, and anything I could take, and hurled them all at the man, then I ran. When I got out, I realized escape wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

The next second, I felt desire burning within me. When I realized what was going on, I cursed. This job was as disgusting as ever. The water my colleague gave me must have been spiked.
