Chapter 6 Infamous Customer

Laura said she had no idea where Michael had gone as well and claimed the voices were just her and her boyfriend's. Disappointed, I nodded. Laura said her boyfriend was a bit shy about meeting me, and he was in her room. She promised he would say hi eventually, and I played along.

The next day came. Once they had gone out, I made my way to the police station. They told me that the insurance company did give us the payout, and the driver paid for my hospital bills as well. So, both of them lied and took my money away.
