In New York, Liam couldn't keep still as looked at his father's frail body lying on the bed looking weak, barely alive. He never imagined such a strong man like the unbeatable Daniel Storm would fall into such a predicament.

The doctor was yet to find out what was ailing him and insisted on doing more tests.

As he watched his father stretch his hand smiling at him weakly he drew closer to him.

“Son, don't look so worried, it's so unlikely for a Storm bloodline to look that way,” Daniel said, trying to squeeze his son's hand.

He hadn't seen him that worried in years, he couldn't let him find out the truth. Daniel couldn't imagine how Liam could handle his ailment if he found out, he had to take his time to be well-prepared to tell him before he found out on his means. Because he knew his Liam, he would never quit until he found out the truth.
