Chapter eighty seven

I slowly withdrew from the hug as I stared at her, it felt like she had become even more beautiful after regaining consciousness.

Gosh, why was I becoming even more attracted to her? Was it because she had just saved my life and my reputation and probably my company?

“Ari? How are you doing now?” Nikki asked as she moved closer to Ariana while I got out of bed and both friends conversed.

I smiled as I watched the two of them care for each other. After some time, Nikki recieved a call and had to leave rather urgently, leaving myself and Ariana alone in the room.

We were just staring at each other, neither of us saying a word and I was feeling the atmosphere in the room becoming rather tensed and then, I finally mustered up the courage to speak.

“Thank you” I told her as I stared at her and she gave a little smile, one that gave me butterflies in my stomach.

Gosh, what was wrong with me? Why was I getting so attracted to her?

“It’s nothing, I’m sure you would have done same for me”
