Chapter eighty nine

ARIANA’s POV….

The moment he left to take a walk, I couldn’t help but breath out in relief. It seemed as though he made me breathless because I couldn’t breath all through the moments we stayed together.

And then, he returned with a package in his hands and just as I stared at him, my heart stopped again.

It was bad to the extent that I couldn’t tell if I should smile or keep a straight face. His presence just had that strong effect.

I slowly raised my head to see him staring at my lips intently. I blushed in embarrassment and this prompted him to stand up almost immediately.

“I should be on my way out. I would come check on you again”, he said while I felt a slight pain cross through my heart.

“Thank you!” I said in appreciation as I smiled again.
