CHAPTER FIFTY TWO

Kathrine's Pov

I was beginning to hear noises. I can't tell if I was in a dream world. What exactly is going on? I managed to open my eyes and I saw my parents sitting close to me while I was lying down.

I used my eyeball to scan through the entire room but this place isn't my room. I can't tell where I was exactly.

"She is awake"

They rushed close to me. My mom, holding my hand and my dad looking closely at me.

"Dad!"

He didn't utter a word.

"What happened to me? Where is this place?" I asked with so much enthusiasm.

"You don't have to ask much now, we will soon be home"

Just as I finished asking, I saw a man walking into the room with a white coat, using some part of the coat to clean the beads of sweat on his forehead.

"Doctor, she is up," My father said.
