“Yes, we spoke some minutes ago”, Mike stuttered, glaring at Barbara who stood beside him.

“Go on!” She whispered and nudged him, pointing the knife to his stomach.

Mike gulped down hard again and looked into the phone. Richard was still there, staring at him intently and wondering what was going on.

“Richard, I would like you to give me a room tour”, Mike said quietly, with obvious fear visible in his voice.

He made to send a signal across to Richard, but the dead glare coming from Barbara made him think otherwise.

“Mike! Is that why you look as though a ghost is there with you?” Richard asked and broke into a loud and hysterical laughter.

“If only you knew that something worse than a ghost is here”, Mike muttered under his breath.

“Continue! Remember the plan”, Barbara suddenly whispered again, digging the knife slightly into his stomach and making him yelp in fright.
