Chapter 2

Arielle was leaving in anger when his fiancé Leo stopped her from behind.

“Wait Arielle.” 

She was downhearted the best thing she did was to ignore Leo and leave to her house.

With her tears flowing her cheeks, she got to her room. 

Thinking of how miserable her life has being.

She been raped and betrayed by the love of her life and step sister was very heartbreaking.

Her step sister was with her fiance Leo as Leo was sad to see Arielle in such mood 

“Don’t tell me you are thinking about her?” Senam asked rubbing her hands all over Leo who couldn’t resist the presence of Senam.

Leo was in a dilemma but didn’t regret since Arielle has refused to have sex with him until marriage

“Not at all. How can I think about someone else when you are around?”.replied Leo with a smile.

Senam couldn’t stop seducing Leo to pay attention to her. She saw the confusion on Leo’s face and tried to act smart and fast to avoid him from thinking about Arielle 

.”Lets continue from where we ended before that witch interrupted.” She said and pushed Leo on the bed.

Leo was indeed in the mood for Senam. He slept on the bed comfortably and welcomed Senam in his arms.

Diving in her tears she began to recall whatever that has happened to her that night.

 How a stranger has taken away her pride as a woman and her fiancé cheating on her with no other but her step sister. 

The next morning, Arielle was still in bed she had a sleepless night. She walked to her step sister’s room to ask her why she did that but Senam was not in the house.

“Dud she spend the night with Leo?” she thought.

Very soon when she got to her room she heard the horns of Senam’s car in the compound . 

She peeped through the window and saw Senam get out from her car without waiting much longer she came downstairs to meet Senam.

“How dare you betray me Senam? Why did you do that? Of all the men in the city is my fiance you chose to sleep with. Why Senam .? Why? Where did I offend you?”

“Enough Arielle…. Enough! Look I don’t have time to explain anything to you. You couldn’t take care of him and so I did. I don’t owe you any explanation and for your information we are just step sister’s so there is nothing wrong with that. Leo is mine from now you have to get that into your skull.”. Senam said.

“Senam, are you trying to say you aren’t aware Leo and I are going to get married in three months time?”. Arielle asked crying bitterly.

“ That doesn’t matter to me dear Arielle. And is none of my business. You guys aren’t married yet so suit yourself as you can see am just coming back from Leo’s place after a long night ride I need some rest and I want you to excuse me.” Senam said and pushed Arielle to the other side to pass by her.

Arielle ran to her room shut the door and sat in the floor with memories running back to her.

She wished she could turn back time to reverse everything to normal but that was impossible.

She took her phone and there was no missed call from Leo not even a text as she was expected every guy to do after he has been caught.

Arielle couldn’t hold in any longer she dialed Leo’s number several times but Leo didn’t answer any of her calls.

She dressed up and went to Leo’s place and knocked on the door. Leo opened the door and saw it was Arielle he tried shutting the door to avoid Arielle from entering.

“Why are you pushing me away?” she asked.

Leo was silent and sat down to enjoy his fruit juice which he was sipping before Arielle came in.

“I’m talking to you Leo. What has gotten in to you? Why did you cheat on me? Fine even if you wanted to why must it be no other than my own step sister, Leo!” Arielle asked.

Leo was still quiet not wanting to talk back at Arielle.

“Why are you quiet? Can’t you say anything? Aren’t you going to say sorry? Have you no remorse? Why are you…..”

“,Shut up Arielle! Just Shut up! I slept with your step sister and so what? Is that a news to you? Is this your first time of hearing such issue?” Leo said angrily.

Arielle was dumbfounded, she wasn’t expecting Leo to say that to her.

“ Senam is your step sister yes I know. I had sex with her so what? Do you have any problem with that?” Leo asked without showing any sign of remorse.

“Is that all you are going to say to me Leo? I’m so disappointed in you. After everything? Have you forgotten we have few months to our wedding?” Arielle asked wiping her tears.

“ Yes and we are going to have that wedding am not breaking it .”. Leo replied boldly.

Arielle said nothing and left Leo’s house.

Leo has finally admitted the fact that he has a relationship with Senam.

Arielle became so desperate and heartbroken.

She has no choice but to cancel the wedding

“Miss Arielle.” 

“Yea I want you to stop every preparation towards the wedding. It has been called off. There will be no wedding.” Arielle announced to her wedding planner.

“But Miss Arielle what about the….” 

“The wedding had been called off and that’s finale.”. 

Arielle said and hanged up the call. She began to cry rolling on the floor. She thought of leaving the country to abroad.

Suddenly there was a knock on her door. She opened and saw Senam

“Hello crying princess. I heard you went to Leo’s place. Well that was for your own good am here to inform you that Leo and I are in a relationship you can’t even come between us. You can go ahead with this your marriage not to tarnish this family’s image.” Senam said this and left to her room.

Arielle was devastated she felt her world was crushing her. She wiped her tears and pretended to be fine.

“Father, Father.” She called her Father as she knocked on his door.

There was no response from her father. She opened the door and saw her father was not around. 

“I will have to go and come back later.” she murmured and turned to leave when she saw Mr. Kim coming.

“Father.” Arielle called.

“Yes Arielle. Where you looking for me?” Mr. Kim asked.

“Yes father. There is something I need to discuss with you and is very urgent.

Mr. Kim looked at her with a confused face.

“ Something urgent?” he asked Arielle.

“Yes Father.” Arielle responded.

“Okay then let’s go inside.” Mr. Kim said as he opened the door to his room.

Arielle sat on a chair which was next to Mr. Kim’s bed.

“Now tell me what is this urgent thing you want to discuss.” Mr. Kim asked worriedly. 

Arielle was not fond of coming to him to discuss issues with him. This must be urgent as she said.

“But wait…. Are you ok?”. Mr. Kim asked.

“No Father……”.she paused for a minute to swallow her tears from dropping in front of her Father.

“What is the problem my dear, I don’t want to see you worried for anything talk to me am your father and I will do anything for you “ Mr. Kim assured 

Arielle knew her father loved her so much and will do anything for her to make her happy but what she was about to ask him would be impossible to be granted.

“Father I want to travel abroad within the week.” 

“Why?”. Mr. Kim asked curiously.

“Yes Father I want to leave her I need my privacy I want to go outside the country for sometime.” Arielle sounded serious.

“What about the wedding?”. Mr. Kim asked.

“I called it off.”. Arielle replied 

“You did what………”
