ARES’S POV

I couldn’t say I was happy with Wendy’s presence at the pack, I wasn’t at all. Dahlia had complained about the discomforts Wendy’s presence brought to her to me twice, but there wasn’t much I could do about it. After all, I was the goof who had promised Wendy’s father that I would do anything within my power to help him during hard times. When I said that, I didn’t mean him bothering me with the task of harboring his beautiful yet very annoying daughter.

I hadn’t seen her all day so I decided to stop by and check on her on my way to the pack office.

“Dolph hold up, stop the car here.” He said and the car was brought to a stop.

I walked in and met a servant, she bowed at the sight of me, there was no sign of Wendy.

“Where’s Wendy?” I asked impatiently.

“She left the house not long ago, Alpha Ares.” The timid servant replied.

Where could she have gone to? I thought as I left the house and got into the car. I arrived at the pack office about ten minutes later,
