Chapter 5 - Against moon goddess?...!!!

He would ban them, and it was nothing worse than hell for werewolves not being in a pack. 

Ellis finally loosened his grip on Belle's waist; Belle used the chance and stepped away from him; she knew this time if this matter couldn't handle well,

her father would throw her in the dragon with a silver chain on her neck because she knew he would vent his anger of humiliation on her as he used to do.

"My King, your daughter first attacked my fiancé and tried to rip her head,

So I did what I had to as her guardian, and I hope King Hubert will understand my stand; nothing is more meaningful to us werewolves than our life partner."

Ellis was never one of them who would fear anyone because he was no ordinary wolf, even though he pretends to be.

Still, his words made the couple frown in disbelief. Did their daughter want to kill someone? Of course, they couldn't believe it because their daughter was their pride,

but they never thought their daughter, who was usually a very righteous and composed person, would do something in front of so many people.

They turned to their daughter and looked at her. "Princess, are you alright?

The king asked in concern, even though he didn't want to question her in front of so many people.

As the king of the werewolf clan, he needed to know what happened and why his daughter was so furious to kill an Alpha's daughter.

"f, father, this girl is trying to snatch my mate; how could I let her be alive?

She was still verge of killing Belle; she shot a dreadful stare; if anyone could kill with eyes,

Princess Quinn would have killed Belle long ago; Belle looked at the princess with a frown.

Even though she knew the girl was from an influential family, she shouldn't treat others like that.

"What??? The shock was all over the King and Queen's faces; they looked at Ellis and were hesitated now; they finally understood why their daughter didn't wait for them to enter together,

Instead, she came running inside; they never expected their daughter's mate to be so ordinary; they thought it would be someone from the royal family.

Because they were different from any ordinary werewolf, carry special blood gifted by the moon goddess, and are also blessed to wed with royal families only, so why this sudden change?

It disappointed them greatly, but they didn't show it; seeing the king was silent, Quinn got off of her brother and walked toward the king

"Father, he is mate, and it doesn't matter who is he or whom he was with before meeting me, but from now he is my mate; I hope he wouldn't offend the moon goddess and accept our mate bond,

you know how weak a werewolf is without one's mate bond, and I'm sure if he wants to be an Alpha, he would agree with me."

Quinn was always a smooth talker; even though she didn't drag Belle in this, her words were on point.

The king looked at his daughter; as the father, he long wanted to give her what his daughter wanted, but as a king, he had to think about this reputation; he was not an ordinary king, 

He had to think about the seven-pack that was under his control. If he forces the Silver Dwan pack for no solid reason, the image that he made in front of them will wipe out like dust.

He nodded at his son to calm their sister; Prince Morris and Prince Ruth came forward and hugged their sister. "Princess Quinn, we're here; we need to find out the truth. Let father find out about it." They tried to calm her.

Even though they were furious about how that man treated their sister, since their father wanted them to stay behind, they kept silent because they understood their father's method to deal with the packs, 

Both of them were extraordinarily cunning people, and that's why he didn't lose his calm even after they hurt princess Quinn, the apple of their eyes.

The entire royal family was sly foxes; they knew how to control and keep people in control.

Princess Quinn was upset; her brothers and father always supported her unconditionally, but why did this time they show such hesitation, she found her mate, yet he hurt her like that.

The king looked at the person in front of him "you said she is your fiance. Don't you know it's against the rule when someone rejects their mate for another woman since princess Quinn is your mate? 

Reject this girl and be with your mate; if you go against the moon goddess's order because of a girl, we have to punish you to please the moon goddess." the king said calmly, but everyone could hear the threat behind his words.

Their entire pack was in a panic; they understood Ellis's obsession with Belle, but was it worth rejecting a fiance who was from the royal family for Belle, a weak, powerless wolf?

But they couldn't help but want to tear Belle; she was the reason for their misery.

Ellis looked at Belle, seeing how calm she was; he felt his heartache; he knew she was quiet because she was waiting for him to let go of her and marry another woman, 

but what Belle didn't know was the moment she came into his life, he set his heart on her, and their fate long tangled with each other, even she refuses to accept him, 

She has no other choice but to be his in this life, and no one could change it; even the moon goddess herself tries to separate them.

He calmly faced the king. "My king, I am deeply sorry that I have to refuse you; even though Princess Quinn claimed that I'm her mate, I didn't feel any bond with her, but with Belle, I can feel my love for her,

Belle is unique to others; that's why she doesn't know, but I can tell from my heart she is the one for me, so I can't accept princess Quinn just because of her one-sided claim." 

His words started an uproar in everyone.
