Chapter 2 - An incompetent father...!!!

Her father never looked at her or called her his daughter, with no important event. Since she couldn't take over his Alpha's position, he bought Ellis and trained him.

now the result was in front of everyone, Ellis became the most muscular wolf in their pack and ready to be the next Alpha, 

Belle never hated her father or Ellis; it was not their fault that she was a powerless wolf; it was the moon goddess's fault who made her like that.

She had never spent a day without blaming moon goodness for making her like that; she hates it; she hates herself for not doing anything for her father and making him a father of a loser.

Logan looked at his daughter; he couldn't help but sigh, such a disappointment in his life. She was the only one who sifted late and the weakest wolf in their entire pack.

He was depressed, just thinking who would handle their pack after him? What would happen to his dear Silver Dawn pack? He had no heir other than Belle, but Belle was never his first and last choice.

So he chooses Ellis as his heir because only the strong can rule over the world, while the weak can only depend on their luck; Logan has never been one of them; he believes in power, not in destiny.

He looked at Ellis, who was looking at Belle as if he wanted to melt her in his bones; only one word came into Logan's mind: Lovesick fool.

He smiled, and his smile was a wicked one. "Now, I'm going to give you another piece of good news. Ellis is not only my best warrior, but he is also going to be my son-in-law." 

Logan announced; the crowd turned their heads and looked at their Alpha.

This time, Belle raised her head and looked at her father; her beautiful diamond eyes showed a shocked expression, a deep frown appeared on her beautiful, flawless forehead, her amber lips shaped in shape.

Belle couldn't express how she felt at that moment, so that's why he was so kind to invite her to that party personally; she thought she was nothing but a joke to everyone.

When everyone saw her face, envy and jealousy filled their hearts; men were lusting over her beauty, while Girls were cursing her too because they thought she could bewitch men with her lustful beauty; she was a witch.

Otherwise, why would their mates look at her with lust while they were with them because Werewolf was born to love their mates, especially the marked one?

Ignoring everyone's gaze, Ellis descended and walked to Belle. Suddenly, Belle's eyes fell on him. They looked at Ellis with astonishment.

Ellis was a ruthless man who respected no one other than Logan and his parents, and he never lowered his head in front of everyone, under everyone's instance stares. 

Ellis stopped before Belle, and suddenly he bent down on his knees and raised a ring box in front of Belle. He saw the look in her eyes, yet he ignored it since he was long used to it.

"I know you hate it when anyone gives you a surprise, but this time I purposefully wanted to surprise you, so don't ignore me or reject me." Ellis ignored all the shocked gazes and kept his eyes only on Belle.

This was not the first time he had proposed to her for marriage; this was the fifth time he proposed to her, but she refused because she already knew he was not her mate, and Belle believes only her mate would be the person who would love her unconditionally, 

But it was never enough to make Ellis give up on her; she used every means to make it clear, but that damn man, he was as stubborn as he looks from the outside.

He stands on his point; no matter how many rejections he got from Belle, he proposed to her again and again with no shame.

Belle looked at her dad; she looked at him helplessly for help, to save her being the villain in front of everyone.

But her father gave her a stern look; it seems he hinted that if she dared to cross the line, he would not hesitate to put her on the line.

Belle widened her eyes. This was the first time he showed such a reaction in front of everyone. Even though he hates her, he never makes her feel so low in front of everyone. 

His decision shocked her even more than when he announced to make Ellis his son-in-law. She thought it would be his decision, but he would let her choose what she wanted for the second time in her life. 

She felt the father, whom she regards her god, tossed her in hell because of his so-called ego; he already knew this man was not her mate, 

Yet he wants his daughter to deny her fate and accept what they want because she is not as powerful as her father and Ellis.

She never felt much hate for herself because of her shortcoming, but at that moment, she hates herself for being a weak wolf, for being his daughter, 

She blamed the moon goddess because she wrote her destiny to be the useless trash for her father and pack. If she were more assertive, she would be the Alpha and owner of her fate.

 Seeing his daughter has no intention of getting engaged with the man he chose for her.

Logan's head was throbbing with anger; he wanted to drag her with her hair and let her accept Ellis's proposal,

But if he does this in front of everyone, they will think he was an incompetent father, and he needs to keep his image in front of the whole pack. After all, he was their most respected Alpha.

But he also couldn't accept that his daughter dared to refuse Ellis in front of the entire pack; this made him furious, so he descended and walked to his daughter with rage in his eyes but a kind smile on his face.
