Flashback continued

I was sitting there breathing through my contractions and as I was doing that I heard some leaves crunching. Of course, I couldn't do anything since I was in labor and I thought it was rogues coming to terrify me. But it wasn't it was a witch that I smelled. She came closer to the tree that I am sitting up against and breathing.

Hello there, it looks like you're going to give birth to your pups soon. My name is Sylvia, and I was walking along and heard you screaming, I just growled at her because she was a witch. Oh, I am not going to hurt you, just going to help you. I have two pups and they are girls. Some witches tend to be good or evil, but I wasn't sure about this one, she didn't seem good or evil.

I wasn't due for another month, but my babies had other plans. While Sylvia is coaching me through my breathing as each contraction gets closer. That is when I hear my mate Samuel coming, mind-linking me that he is almost here. In no less than five minutes, he's here at the small pond. Then he sees Sylvia and he starts to growl at her. I look at him, telling him that she's here to help as I rub his cheek, which calms him down. Okay, you are almost there Bailee when your next contraction hits I want you to start pushing okay, and I just nod my head.

When my next contraction hit I started pushing. It took a good five minutes before my first twin, a girl was out, and she gave out a loud cry. She was beautiful with red hair and a white streak in her hair with brown eyes, we named her Cailee Marie Langston. Alright, my dear Sylvia said one more to go, and on the next contraction start pushing. So, when the next contraction hit I pushed with all my strength and then came out my other twin girl, she came out with brown hair with a red streak in her hair. I asked Sylvia why she wasn't crying, and she told me that the cord was wrapped around her neck. Well, get the cord off her neck, okay, I am just doing it cautiously so I don't hurt the pup.

But after Sylvia took the cord from around my other daughter's neck, she still wasn't breathing. I'm afraid that I did all that I could for this little one. Nooooo!!!! Tears running down my face and my mate's face as well. Isn't there anything you can do? I'm afraid not and without my potions there is nothing, I am so sorry Cailee. Don't worry, Sylvia said I will give her a proper burial. We will need to take our other daughter now and head on back to the house. Come on Caya we will have the pack doctor take a look at the both of you and then you can rest. But I want my other baby, I need her and her sister needs her. We will do a memorial by the pond in her name, said Samuel. Right now, you need to rest and be here with Cailee.

Now the little one, I'm so sorry that I had to tell your parents that you died, you can open your eyes sweet little one. You are going to help the Love Moon Pack with your twin sister when both of you are older. I'm afraid a big battle is coming and both of you will be needed during that time. Then my precious, I will reveal myself to everyone who I truly am.

They will be shocked when they find out that I am related to the Moon Goddess Selene. Only she knows who I truly am, and you're watching me right now, aren't you? Well, I can truly say that Uncle Sam did a good job of disguising what Selene said. Yes, he did, and what do I owe the pleasure of you being here?

I'm just here to make sure that you follow through with the task. I know you had to lie to her parents to keep her protected, because if anyone ever found out that there were two of them in the same pack. It would bring an outright war from other packs. The one pack that is to be watched is the Clay Dust Moon Pack.

Yes, I know Sylvia says I have been watching Alpha Marty, and he's a good Alpha that respects his pack. It's his son Daniel that I am worried about, he thinks that being a merciless Alpha is not good. He wants to be the supreme Alpha one day. Well, that will not be the turnout Mark my words, when he becomes Alpha will try everything he can to be supreme. Make sure that you keep a watch on these two because they will be powerful together.
