Chapter Sixty-Nine

I was due for another doctor's appointment, and thank goodness Hayden was around to take me. I had hurriedly prepared since I was a few minutes late.

I have been sleeping a lot lately, and I didn't hear the alarm go off at 8 a.m.

I checked myself out in the mirror and almost screamed at the woman staring back at me. Honestly, I looked a little more bloated than I did the last time I checked.

I stopped checking myself out in the mirror since I almost had a heart attack checking my face in the mirror. Don't get me started on how big my nose has grown. I read about women glowing during pregnancy, but what I saw in the mirror this morning was everything but glowing.

My phone began ringing, bringing me back to reality. I checked and it was Hayden. I grabbed my bag and walked to the door.

I stepped out of the room, and that was when I realized that I had another problem.
