I open my heavy eye lids as the annoying sunrays are falling on my face through translucent curtains.I sometimes wonder why people choose these silly curtains,which can't let you sleep peacefully.

"Urghh this fucking headache."I wince while massaging my badly throbbing head,as if someone hit my head by marble rock.Slowly last night's memories started flashing in my mind.

It was the full moon night,my 25th birthday celebration was going on full swing when my dad,the former Alpha,again brought up the same rubbish of finding my true mate sooner than possible when I was having a great fun with my beauties.

Our argument grew intense as I had gulped three bottles of alcohol and lost my temper over hid repeated rants.

After the job of an hour or more I am ready to leave for office.I glance at the huge wooden carved clock which show half past nine in the morning.

I still have approximately an hour to start my day's work.Being the CEO of my shipyard company,started by my great grand father a century ago,my father spread its popularity throughout the county but now as I am the current CEO and most of the major decisions are taken by me,I have only one dream.

To take my company to a new zenith where no one might surpass it till next century and other is my secret world among the mundane.

I want our werewolves' Lakeside Pack to become the most powerful pack ever known in the history of supernaturals.We are named a different than usual pack names after moon because our founders,The Sherwoods came from a village near a mountain lake.

The Alpha of our pack have been selected from Sherwood family and now I have to continue this legacy which also requires for me to find my mate,marry her and give birth to next generation of Sherwoods.

But my parents don't understand that I too have a life and some dreams to follow.Marrying and having kids will certainly create hindrance and distraction for me,at least what I think.

I changed into my work clothes.I wore my navy blue Armani three piece suit with my favorite champaign red tie.I had a couple of important meeting with timber suppliers and also a real estate company from whom I want to buy a property to build my new house with my exclusive private office.

My phone beeped with the notification alert from my secretary James,also a member of my pack.

"Mr. Xi Huan has arrived and the meeting is supposed to start at 10:45 A.M."

Sometimes,his over punctuality becomes a pain in my head.I check my schedules for next day before going to bed.

Well last night was an exception and James knew it.Good job James!

People often gossips why I never hire female assistants.Honestly,they become annoying after a time and as I mentioned I hate distractions and unnecessary stress.

Collection my watch,phone,car keys and office bag,I made out of my farm house while receiving greetings from my house staff,my driver was already waiting for me with the car.

"My mom sent you over here,didn't she?"I narrowed my eyes at him in suspicion.

"Yes Sir,Mrs. Sherwood was worried for you when you left drunk last night so she ordered me to pick you up in the morning."He replied in a very polite manner.

"Arghh my parents.They'd follow me to even hell."I groaned in frustration and slide inside the car while Willie drove away towards Sherwood Corp.
