A Break

Lily sat on the couch with her phone in her hands as she scrolled through the internet. She was alone in the suite and bored.

After what happened in the morning, Axel left the suite without saying a word to her. She had cried so much and was tired of crying.

She decided to not think about it, it was her fault for getting her hopes high. She was supposed to know Axel can't change, even if he would change, it can't be out of the blue. It's all her fault.

The door to the suite opened and she looked up to see Axel, she hurriedly stared back at her phone, she wasn't ready to have a conversation with him.

“Go pack your bags, we are heading back to New York.” He ordered and Lily felt her heart shatter. He really doesn't care, the only reason they came to Hawaii was so he can do his dirty work. And now that he is done, they are heading back home.

She didn't give him a response, all she did was drop her phone on the bed and walk into the closet to pack her things.
