How To Survive Werewolves

How To Survive Werewolves

The crackling of fire eating through the dry leaves. The sharp crack of bullets pierces the chaos, but the pack is ready. They move like shadows, weaving between trees and bushes. A hunter barely has time to react before Tyler slams into him and takes him to the ground with a growl. Jake’s hand slips from mine as he launches himself forward. I watch him transform as he runs to the nearest hunters. I stay low, keeping myself hidden behind the undergrowth. My heart pounds in my ears and I tighten my fingers around my gun as I scan the area.

Alpha Nocturne's Contracted Mate

Alpha Nocturne's Contracted Mate

There was none of the subtle, ambient sounds of wildlife within these ruins and for once in her life, she actually wished that she had paid a little more attention to the tutoring she had received in regard to survival skills. Perhaps it might have given her the confidence to part ways with these two madmen and try to at least scratch a living for herself and her child without the interference and input of her mother someplace far away. Unfortunately, she knew all too well that if she was separated from either of them out here in the wilderness, there was no way that she would be able to survive this far away from civilization.

How can this book be on the top read when the author stopped updating months ago. Author should pay penalties when they don’t keep updates consistent. I would give it a 1 star but you won’t see my review. Do t bother reading is hasn’t been updated for over 8 months.

The trees become my allies, their branches offering me support and guidance as I leap from one to another, my body becoming an extension of the natural world around me. The wilderness becomes my teacher, revealing its secrets to me as I immerse myself in its vastness. I learn to read the signs left by the creatures that inhabit this realm, deciphering their tracks and understanding their behaviors. I become one with the rhythm of nature, adapting to its ebb and flow, learning to anticipate its every move.

Retrograde

Retrograde

She could not see much from up there. Another option was to spot gaps in the tree line due to roads, power cables, train tracks, and other paths people carve through the woods. She heads toward these breaks to find a way out. At night, scan the horizon for artificial light sources, such as fires and streetlights, then walk toward the glow of light pollution. If all else failed, she should make herself a spear and get a fire going; Angela looked around for a stick and sharpened it on the rocks, then she had to figure out a way to make a fire. Thankfully her survival skills kicked in.

SOLD TO THE YOUNG HEARTLESS BILLIONAIRE

The crackling fire danced to its own rhythm, offering her warmth and a glimmer of hope. Hunger gnawed at her stomach, a constant reminder of her vulnerable state. She embarked on a foraging expedition, her senses heightened as she scoured the forest floor for edible sustenance. Berries, nuts, and wild herbs became her meager sustenance, fueling her determination to survive. One day, as she ventured deeper into the forest, a serendipitous encounter changed the course of her solitary existence. A man, weathered by the elements, emerged from the depths of the trees. Hunting for our Mate

Hunting for our Mate

Mom and I had discussed finding hideouts for me, but she was scared she might remember every place once she turned rabid. But she had taught me everything I needed to know about living on my own. She taught me how to climb trees to avoid people and animals, dig for shallow hiding spaces, and search for empty caves. I knew how to hunt, how to forage, and how to catch fish. She taught me how to make fires and to pay attention to the wind. Days turned into weeks, and I was doing everything to keep myself safe and fed. I washed myself in the river daily to make sure my scent didn’t linger anywhere. I put out the fire at night to make sure nobody would spot me, and I buried every trace of my camp

This is really good. I wasn’t sure I would since the FLC is seemingly weak but I’m hooked. Admittedly, I’m very much into RH so I am looking forward to how this develops. Fingers crossed that she is mated to both! ......

Sigmund: Lone Wolf, Furious Protector, Born Alpha

"Don't worry, we've got this." I take a deep breath and nod, happy to see somene on it other than me. "And that leaves food. We have so many people that we need to feed, but we have a limitation right now of things in the wilderness. Who do we have here that knows how to hunt or forage?" A whole group stands up, they had been chomping at the bits to talk. "That's awes..."

Awakening - Eve Of Eden

Awakening - Eve Of Eden

My breath suspends in frozen clouds around me with every step I take, hugging my cape closer and tighter to try and conceal me in the shadows of the path I’ve taken and weighted down with what food I could stuff into the bag I carry. I didn't know how to prepare for a long walk into the wilderness, especially since I didn't even know how long I would be gone, so I tried my best to be practical. Food, fire supplies, a knife, and water. I wore layers of clothing instead of packing them to make carrying easier, and I am using my cape as both a shield in case I come across a patrol guard at this hour and for camouflage. Its dark, shapeless form blends with the surroundings. If I crouch down in t

The Hunt For Lycan Queen

The Hunt For Lycan Queen

There was a hearth, but no wood. Outside, I gathered what I could. Damp branches, some moss-covered. A few dry twigs where the wind had dried out the higher brush. My hands throbbed with cold as I piled it inside, then crouched down on the dusty stone floor to try and remember what the trainers had taught us in survival simulations. Small bundle first. Feed it slow. Spark. Shelter. Breathe. The flint was chipped. The steel weak. I struck them again and again, the sound sharp and desperate in the silence.
