When Zara opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the white ceiling above her head. She tried to turn, but couldn’t, and that was when she noticed the drip connected to her left hand. She tried to recall what happened and the last thing she could remember was yelling her husband’s name before she passed out. And upon waking up, she found herself in the hospital dressed in a blue long gown. The pain in her abdomen had subdued, but it was still there. She was weak, but her body felt lighter than before, like something heavy had been taken off her. Her eyes were at the verge of closing, when someone walked into the ward. The white coat worn by the lady and the stethoscope around her neck gave an hint of who she was. Zara fought back the drowsiness and tried to sit upright but couldn’t, the doctor had to help her.“How are you feeling, ma?” The lady asked.“I don’t know.” She replied, her voice unusually low. “My stomach hurts.” She noticed how the doctor’s eyes

At that moment, she felt the ground should open and swallow her. She had never been embarrassed all her whole life.She lifted her head up and when her eyes came in contact with his, her fists clenched. His gaze was mocking and intimidating and if she didn’t need his help, she would have mocked him with words.“What’s all this fuss for by the way?” She asked, pointing at the helicopters.“Don’t want to be caught in traffic.” As Harry replied, his gaze was fixed on his Patek Philippe grandmaster chime wrist. “How can I help you, Mrs Zara? I can’t waste another minute standing here with you.” Zara barely heard what he said. The sound coming from the helicopters didn’t make Harry’s words audible, but she was still able to pick some from it.“Can we go to somewhere cool to talk and maybe get food? I’m hungry.” After saying those words, Zara bit her lower lip, praying not to get ridiculed by Harry. They’ve always hated each other and Harry wouldn’t care if she was hungry or not, but
