The rules are that if you meet your mate on the first day you have to wait until the last day to meet them or see them at all outside of the ball. The second rule is that there is zero completion of the mating process during the ball or until the last day is over. Samantha's POV:I'm not sure if Alpha Hughes notices my dilemma at first. But the thing I suck at most: hiding emotions. "Are you going to tell me or do I have to guess?" Alpha Hughes exclaims. The dungeons are cold, and I can feel the silence down through my bones. A drop of water keeps falling from a nearby pipe. It seems to be the only water source down here.
