Laurel's pov: Our flat was at the end of the hallway so as we were getting closer to it I told him that it was alright and he could hand it over to me. He was hesitant at first. "Where is your flat?" Laurel's Pov: I was anxious and tense when Noah, my husband , took his briefcase and stepped out of the door and left for work. I waited till I was sure he waa gone and so I rushed to pack my important documents and a few clothes into a bag and I also packed Tracy's belongings and I took her hand and walked out of the apartment and locked the door and took a cab to the arranged destination, which was an abandoned warehouse. When I got there I met my parents there. My Mom was so happy that she ran into my arms. “Oh Laurel, I am so sorry for all you have endured,” My mother's words rang in my ears as she cried on my shoulder. Even though I had mixed feelings about how I felt about my parents, they are the only way that I could get out of this situation. My Father walked closer to us and patted me on the shoulder while my mother knelt down to hug Tracy, my daughter. After the greeting and hugs, my mother took Tracy into one of the rooms and kept her there with our backpack.
