Emily Raleigh Davners had been Sophia’s personal guard for years and years. In fact as long as Emily had known Sophia, Raleigh had been there. He was a decent man.. she thought. Very quiet, but she also knew he’d probably do anything for Sophia. Emily Emily felt like she didn’t know how much longer she could go without sleeping. She hadn’t slept well in weeks it seemed like. Even after the trial started and she was in this wonderfully cozy cabin… as night rolled around she became more and more restless. She thought surely she’d get a good nights sleep last night after having such a great visit with the kids. But no, she tossed and turned for hours. It seemed to her that she finally got settled around 5 AM. Only problem was, she had to get up a couple hours later. Maybe she’d see if the pack doctor would give her some medicine to help her sleep. Emily THE PAST Emily didn’t let what Maeve told her about mates bother her too much. Well, after a couple of weeks anyway. She decided just to live her life and be happy.
