AVA'S POVWhen I woke up, I felt someone pressing my body, and some kind of tickling feeling on my neck. As soon as my eye sight adjusted, the face of an ugly old man was magnified in my view. On instinct, I pushed him off me but he fell to the ground. At that time, I didn't take note of how difficult his weight on my hands felt as I pushed him off neither did I take note of how warm his body was when I pushed him off, but I took note of the fact that his head didn't splatter on impact when he hit the ground. “He must be really strong then,” I thought to myself. AVA'S POV“Get her some clothes and tie her up.” The leader of the group of slave traders said. I couldn't let them take me away, not back to where I was a wanted murderer. As soon as they untied the net trap, I immediately sprang up, intent on making a run for it, but I was held down by several slavers who restrained all my struggles. My hands were tied amidst my struggling and I was made to dangle from a tree. Torches kept roaming all over my body. Bloody Fuckers! After the slavers settled a little distance away from where I hung from, one of the slavers brought a pathetic-looking gown, worse than the one I had torn off as part of my escape plan earlier. AVA'S POVMy consciousness slowly returned and at first I couldn't feel my body. I couldn't see anything either, it was all dark around me, yet I could feel a strong and menacing presence, it didn't seem too far off either. ‘The moon goddess didn't give me another life?’ I questioned in an aggrieved tone, but I couldn't feel anything in the state I was in, which was surprising.I felt like I was floating, but I couldn't make any sense of my surroundings.
