Estella's POV Rain thundered heavily on the roofs as I walked quickly away from the convenience store that I just finished shopping from. There was no point in running anyway since I was already beaten by it. I hate this time of the year and even though I don't like it, I have to deal with it. I turned into the alley that was barricaded in greasy walls and the rain made it look like it was shining. When I got to the back door of the restaurant, I quickly jammed my key into it and turned it, grateful that it opened once this time. I quickly walked in and immediately, I felt the warmth of the place. Ignoring the gnawing pain in my abdomen, I pulled off the coat I had on and hung it on one empty rack there, allowing the water to drain away from it. I can't take the coat with me inside, only if I want to drop water all over the place.
