Alex's P.O.V The next morning, I stood in one of the darkest corners of the conference room, blended with the shadows as Alpha Charles and Cameron sat in front of the huge plasma screen, connecting a call to Alpha Krimson. Alpha Charles had already sent word to him last night and the answer had come immediately after. Alpha Krimson was interested in talking to us. But even as my heart raced with hope, my palms sweating from nervousness, there was still this lingering fear at the back of my mind about the outcome of this meeting.
