Author’s pov The next day at noon, Adrian arrived at his father's house. As he approached the entrance, everyone bowed in respect and greeted him. Upon entering the sitting room, his father rose from his seat and warmly embraced him. With a gentle pat on his son's back, he pulled away, wearing a smile. Adrian made his way towards the left side of the room and, just before entering, he asked, "Where is Mum?" "Your mother is still on her vacation in Paris," Morgan replied, causing his son to return to the center of the sitting room after their embrace. "We spoke yesterday, and I thought she had returned.
