SCARLETT “ You are weak. ” She whispered in a low voice. My eyes snapped open, landing on the green eyes of the she-wolf peering down at me. She blinked slowly and stepped back to let me look at the dark sky. There were no stars, no clouds, no signs of light. Tearing my gaze from the darkness, I sat up. Breathing didn’t hurt now.
